Aggressive driver screaming obscenities trying to cause accidents on college & Harmony. Beware of Zipcar/Avis renters. Their offices don't seem too concerned as I can't file a report with them.

They should try a more diverse approach perhaps. They seem to focus on the student which is awesome. But, good local folks sometimes don't want a big chain car rental like Enterprise who totally put a reservation thru complete chaos in Fort Collins.
