Nicholas Q from this store was amazing. I had an issue i couldnt get worked out for a few weeks and he spent well over an hour with me in person figuring it out. Got my problem resolved and was happy the whole time. Great service. Thank you!

I have been dealing with Comcast in Fort Collins for over a decade. While I hate the company's business policies regarding billing and pricing, I have nothing but praise for their relatively new customer center at Foothills Mall. They have helped me get a better deal every time my bill goes up (annually) and have sometimes even found cheaper deals that fit my needs than the one I previously had. Cudos this visit to Jayson Petersen for his help working me through this year's contract changes/upgrades. Super easy to work with. Understood my needs and knew lots of great options to meet them!

Cut my internet and cell bill more than half with a new phone. Calling is difficult, it is much easier and WAY quicker to just go to the store. Was assisted immediately and was out in less than 30minutes. Great team!

Heather Dake of the Foothills store in Fort Collins was a excellent help to us as we changed our service and added TV. I had an issue with my phone receiving text messages and Heather replied quickly and solved the issue. 5 stars for Heather!!!

Attempting to cancel account and return equipment after moving. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for Retail Sales Professional Kiara. System would not allow her to acknowledge receipt of equipment. Did get an acknowledgement of cancel but not equipment. Email on her business card, but she could not or would not send me an email to acknowledge receipt of equipment. She pulled in 2 supervisors to assist. Hour+ layer it got done. Nice people but horrible system.

Internet does not work at all and I can't get anyone on the phone to talk to the automated thing won't let me talk to anybody and we reset our stuff multiple times. Do not use this service ever is the worst service ever. Xfinity by Comcast sucks.

Poor customer service. Was told that I would have to wait for 45 minutes to drop off an old box. Young employee didn't understand that I had already communicated with Xfinity/Comcast over the phone. These brick and mortar stores for internet business are not necessary.

Went here to stop my service . The lady was friendly but fast and blunt. Felt really rushed. It wasn't that busy. Returned equipment...glad to be rid of it...they have always been a problem. She offered no resolution or any help. So goodbye to your service.

Usually have everything you need in stock. Service is very friendly but just a LITTLE slow. Was able to pick up get my extra wireless cable box added to my account right away. Was also able to pay my bill on the machine there in store. Machine was easy to use and pretty much self explanatory with no crazy extra junk on it.
