Once again horrible service, they seem to find new ways of making banking difficult. I have multiple business accounts through other banks and these guys are they only ones who make banking difficult.

Rude staff lying management. I had a government issue check John through their bank that they told me was deposit only and that I would have to open an account with them in order to cash, I found not to be a lie and untrue. They also told me I needed two forms of ID and I gave them no less than four forms of state issued ID that they didn't want to accept and they told me to come back with another form of ID and open an account and that would be the only way that I would be able to cash the check drawn through them. I took it 2 minutes down the road to King Soopers and paid $5 and had it cashed no problem with one form of ID. I believe he probably gets a kick back for having people make accounts and I think that he lied to me and an attempt to get me to open account at their known to be crooked Bank. Management should be ashamed

It's not this physical location but Wells Fargo as a whole. For no explainable reason they hold checks, grossly over charge on overdraft fees, and give little training to their employees on giving straight answers. I will be changing to Credit union of Colorado

Just got cash, most the bills were taped even missing corners on them, disappointed as it’s a banks job to mutilate bills and take them out of circulation

ATM most of the times doesn't allow for deposits. it's always temporarily unavailable.

I went to this Wells Fargo Bank to talk finance with an available agent. Although the agents were busy, I was able to talk with one the next day. Shawn listened to what my dilemma was and even offered some good financial advice. Very good customer service.

Cant even deposit change into your own account without counting and packaging it yourself. Tellers recommended going to a bank that wasnt WF.

If I could give zero star, I would. I made phone call to make an appointment for notary service and I've been doing business with Wells Fargo for years and worked with different private bankers in different locations. The lady answered the phone from that branch told me to come in half an hour, one of the team members will help me to notarized the documents. I needed to get it done ASAP, so I took time off from work and drove there immediately. When I showed up, the branch manager Cole told me he could not find any information about my appointment and I had to wait for at least half an hour, he also asked me to try different locations. OK, I understand the bankers were busy, so I had no choice but calling different locations. While waiting for other branches to pick up my call, I noticed one of the bankers was available. The branch manager just walked around, doing nothing, ignoring me. So I had to stand up and went to asked Cole that since15 mins already past by, and if that banker could help me for less than five mins to notarize two pages of a document. He refused and asked me to wait for another 15 mins. As a business owner, this kind of customer service was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disorganized. I made an appointment and they lost it. I waited for their service and they kept me waiting without a sincere apology. Under these poor management and poor communication, I am confident they will lose more customers.

Highly recommended! Best costumer service i’ve experienced pretty much anywhere made setting up an account quick and easy! Glad I chose Wells Fargo and trying to convince the rest of my family to set up accounts there as well, much better experience than usaa.

I like Wells Fargo as a bank and I like the staff at this location, however their ATM is broken half the time. My banking priority is ATM accessibility because I work for tips and am always needing to deposit cash to have in my account, so when I can't deposit cash half the time I go to do so, it poses an issue for me. This location is on my way home from work so it WOULD be really convenient, however I often have to drive across town just to use an ATM. I wouldn't mind if it was every once in awhile, but it really feels like this ATM is dysfunctional every other time I come here.
