Would have been nice to know it no longer exists.

Literally the worst financial institution in history. I strongly advise anyone and everyone to never open a Wells Fargo credit card account let alone a bank account with them. This is the absolute worst bank. There is I highly suggest any of the credit unions that are around as there are much better and do not have a proven history of fraud, like Wells Fargo does.

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for 20 years. I’ve always liked them until the last few years. Maybe they have grown too much but it doesn’t not seem like they care about their customers. I just got off of the phone with a representative about a simple issues for which I was completely dismissed and given no real help or explanation. Might be time to move on if this continues

Planning to open an account to this place a couple weeks ago, few people there that could have help me instead they let me wait and wait till i decided to go walk out. Don’t go to this place there gonna waste your time waiting, an hour and half later i got a call from this branch and telling me to come in and there ready. I told her i was gone, 45 min ago, imagine that if i waited that long! This place, are lazy people. Never going to this place ever again!

I have my business accounts at this branch and I wish I had never heard of them. This branch has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in a business banking setting. If you have lots of money to deposit into a business account, go somewhere else, because you will not ever be able to speak to another person at this branch unless you walk through the front doors.
I have had several issues with ACH deposits that need to be ironed out and I have never been able to get hold of an actual person who works at the branch. Go ahead and call that 970 number they list here, it doesn't go to the branch. It goes to Thailand or somewhere and then they tell me that I need help from Business Care, and then Business Care says I need the ACH Department, and then the ACH Department says they can't do anything unless a help ticket is opened BY A PERSON FROM MY BRANCH. I ask why it is that when I call the local number listed on the directory it goes to a generic customer service hub and not the branch, and they tell me that after one minute if the branch doesn't answer the phone, it transfers to the call center. Okay, so the branch basically just never answers their phones.
Add to that the fact that I finally started stopping by to get the issues handled and I am told that I need to see the business account guy to handle all business account issues. But business account guy has not been there EVER when I have walked in. They tell me I should make an appointment, but I find it offensive to the extreme that I cannot walk into my business account branch in the middle of the day in the middle of the work week and get my pressing banking problem solved on the spot. I need to return an ACH payment that a client sent by mistake. It has been 3 days, my client is freaking out (because it was a big oops deposit) and I cannot get ANYONE at my branch to help.
Do not bank here unless you NEVER need any help of any kind. Their customer service management is deplorable.

Really slow service at this new location and far less than impressive customer service.

Wells Fargo recently moved locations into the Target area across the street, FYI! I stopped by yesterday to change my name on my bank account and credit cards. Alex Miller was the one to help me out - he scanned copies of the marriage license and got on the phone with legal and corporate and then we waited...A rare occasion - apparently the wait on the phone stated it was over 60 minutes when it's normally 10. Alex went to his manager and confirmed it was okay to get everything changed over without me having to sit there and waste an hour of my time, and had me come back this morning to do a few signatures.Thank you, Alex, for the help and for not making me waste time sitting in an office while you were stuck on the phone waiting for me!

It's not this physical location but Wells Fargo as a whole. For no explainable reason they hold checks, grossly over charge on overdraft fees, and give little training to their employees on giving straight answers. I will be changing to Credit union of Colorado

Wow, i was about to go open an account at this branch and read all the terrible reviews. The reviews that Wells Fargo aren't too concerned about correcting. I appreciate so many people speaking up.

The manager behind the counter thought it was very funny I had to put a mask on! ? So I drained my accounts! These people are just rude.
