Amazing place, amazing people, amazing program. Love the leaders, staff, everybody is so helpful and awesome! Their technology can be a little glitchy sometimes, but not a huge issue. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Hours of operation are not correct on the website. I find the hours frustrating and inconvenient. I work varying shifts and the limits on the Fort Collins store makes it difficult for me to even weigh in. I'm sitting outside the store now and the website says they are open between 5:45 and 7:15.. crickets. No one is here. 😡 Also, there are no posted hours of business on the door. Would during if this is worth the hassle.. 😔

As a newly enrolled member of OnlinePlus I am more than a little frustrated with WW. Two days in a row I have driven 20 miles to the Fort Collins store only to discover they were not open. The hours posted online for today are 9:00-1:00 and 5:00-6:30, yet when I got there today at 11:50 they were closed. So I stood in the rain and took a photo of the small sign on the door so I finally have their correct store and meeting hours. Needless to say I am at fault for not getting those hours correctly yesterday, but this has really thrown cold water on my enthusiasm for joining. I can only hope my experience improves.
