Please don't sell your used car for these people. After inspecting Carfax (I had two accidents) report they called you to come and they will tell you they will not go below the price it listed and money is ready. But finally they will make you psychologically down with saying the problems in the car and condemn the car . So please don't go with this liars. They are really cunning people. Later i sold my car for better price.

Incredibly easy and professional process. Getting a loan approved and work done on the Lexus ended up being affordable and more than adequate. Overall every cent was accounted for and every fee was in plain sight. Amazingly easy, quick and trustworthy business. If I need another vehicle I know where to go.

I was sold a car that I later learned had a bad transmission. Too late, unfortunately. Once I found a mechanic that could finally tell me what was wrong, there was nothing Watchdog could do: I didn’t buy the warranty. So I guess screw me, right? I messed up. So now I’m stuck with a bum car that I can’t drive, still paying off the $10,000 loan, and I guess I’m just getting another car, with another loan. Someday. The pandemic has made that second part impossible. Thanks, Watchdog! This was supposed to be my first car I would pay for on my own. So my advice to you is unless you know what you’re doing, don’t go here. Which is funny, because that’s why we came here. For help. This is some world we’re living in, where people can do this to you. Just do Carmax. At least then you might have options.

Highly recommend Watchdog automotive. As a women with not a lot of car buying knowledge I really was able to trust Jo at Watchdog.
