I never knew a pharmacy could be a place where consistently you were going to have a horrible experience. I’m younger, and refill a few bottles of pills there every month. So dealing with me and my needs should be a breeze. I understand some older people can struggle, insurance can be a pain, refilling on the right date can be a pain, etc. I don’t have those issues. Yet, 8 out of 10 times I’m dealing with somebody there, they’re RUDE!! The last time, the person ringing me up kept saying “ok and now we just need that form of payment to process” - I asked her one question. She answered and again said “ok and now we just need that form of payment to process.” I run the card and the screen returns goes back to the price. She saw me stick the card in the machine. Nothing happened. She literally says in the same tone “ok and now we just that form of payment to process” and I’m thinking just because you use the same nice tone doesn’t mean you’re not being condescending by saying the same thing three times. On another visit, I schedule a booster shot online which asks for my birthday!!! I get there to get the shot and the woman says “these are only available for those over 60.” I said, “well I put in my birthday, yet I was allowed to make an appointment” She responded as if I was blaming her, “well technology isn’t that far yet!!! Sorry!” … All the techs look hungover. Not always presentable. You almost never see the same person twice. For a while their hours were all over the place. Once this person ringing me up was super short with me and almost rushing me to give her my info, like maybe she had to leave work for an emergency or maybe she had food poisoning and needed to go to the bathroom. I gave her a look like “why are you acting like this” … she finally said “we close in 10 minutes for lunch, sorry” as if that’s a good explanation to talk to me like I have a comprehension challenge. I was surprised she didn’t do the whole thing with your hand when you motion for someone to hurry. It’s sad that I have to go to a pharmacy that’s farther away just because being rude is something that their leadership of this place, finds acceptable. It has to be, otherwise why would I have these experiences so frequently?

Today I called passport photo service at 6:20 pm to inquire about their operating hours. The person on the phone assured me that they were open and would remain so until 11 pm. Encouraged by this information, I made the drive down to Fort Collins.
However, upon arrival, I encountered a disinterested young lady who informed me that they only had two people on duty and couldn’t take the photo. I explained that I had spoken to someone on the phone who assured me they were open. In response, she offered to let me speak to her manager. When I asked what that would accomplish, she simply smiled and said, “I don’t know.”
This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Clear communication and consistency in customer service are essential, especially when dealing with important matters like passport photos. I hope this situation can be addressed to prevent similar issues in the future.

Such a dirty store with less than helpful staff. Website said there were multiples of the item I was looking for and this is what I find. The only one they had out had been soaked in something brown and sticky. As were all the other pricier dental products. The shelves had obviously been neglected for awhile based off of the amount items stuck to them.The associate refused to check the back for more and rolled her eyes at me when I suggested they clean up a bit. Gross is an understatement.

(( Aggressive behavior)) Approximately 3:00 PM was at the nearest Walgreens of East Harmony for Collins, Colorado. Only store near me open on Christmas Day. The cashier was a bigger head, heavyset man who was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and not very appropriate, handling the merchandise by dropping them and slamming them on the countertop of the station of wild, checking me out. This is the reason why everything’s becoming self scanning because of people like this if they do not enjoy their job, they do not need to be working with customers at any given moment, if they are being hostile and very threatening and aggressive behavior. Which is not appropriate for any reason. I would give a complete big fat zero if I could.!!!!!

The staff is friendly professional and courteous and the store seems to run well. The only problems I have seen here have to do with understaffing issues. Considering how rude I have seen some of the customers be to the staff, however, I'm not surprised.keep up the good work!Thanks Readers

Almost every interaction I’ve had with them is a negative one. They must be chronically understaffed, because it’s impossible to reach them by phone, they randomly shut down the drive thru, and more than once they failed to communicate with another pharmacy after assuring me they would, causing huge delays and confusion in getting my prescription. I’ve given them several years and they’ve only gotten worse. Literally any pharmacy would be a step up at this point.

Waited in line 10 minutes to pick up prescription and was told it was not called in but they would check voicemail. After 15 minutes, stood in line again. The prescription was called in 6.5 hours before I got there and they never checked voice mail. Poor service. Front desk person was flippant about it.

Want amazing customer service (just like it used to be)?! I visited this Walgreens today and the gal working behind the makeup counter was extremely helpful, kind, and told me about a deal that Walgreens was offering. I wish she could train everyone at all Walgreens! I wish I would have gotten her name. Thank for being so helpful!

I spoke with a pharmacist named Lisa today regarding a prescription I’m having trouble finding in stock. Lisa took the time to educate me on the supply process and even called around to other pharmacies to see if they had any. I feel like this is above and beyond customer service and I really appreciate it.

This is literally the worst pharmacy to go to. There can be three people in line and you will wait for at least 30 minutes.
