I never knew a pharmacy could be a place where consistently you were going to have a horrible experience. I’m younger, and refill a few bottles of pills there every month. So dealing with me and my needs should be a breeze. I understand some older people can struggle, insurance can be a pain, refilling on the right date can be a pain, etc. I don’t have those issues. Yet, 8 out of 10 times I’m dealing with somebody there, they’re RUDE!! The last time, the person ringing me up kept saying “ok and now we just need that form of payment to process” - I asked her one question. She answered and again said “ok and now we just need that form of payment to process.” I run the card and the screen returns goes back to the price. She saw me stick the card in the machine. Nothing happened. She literally says in the same tone “ok and now we just that form of payment to process” and I’m thinking just because you use the same nice tone doesn’t mean you’re not being condescending by saying the same thing three times. On another visit, I schedule a booster shot online which asks for my birthday!!! I get there to get the shot and the woman says “these are only available for those over 60.” I said, “well I put in my birthday, yet I was allowed to make an appointment” She responded as if I was blaming her, “well technology isn’t that far yet!!! Sorry!” … All the techs look hungover. Not always presentable. You almost never see the same person twice. For a while their hours were all over the place. Once this person ringing me up was super short with me and almost rushing me to give her my info, like maybe she had to leave work for an emergency or maybe she had food poisoning and needed to go to the bathroom. I gave her a look like “why are you acting like this” … she finally said “we close in 10 minutes for lunch, sorry” as if that’s a good explanation to talk to me like I have a comprehension challenge. I was surprised she didn’t do the whole thing with your hand when you motion for someone to hurry. It’s sad that I have to go to a pharmacy that’s farther away just because being rude is something that their leadership of this place, finds acceptable. It has to be, otherwise why would I have these experiences so frequently?

Terrible

I walked out of Urgent Care at 2:30, got to the Pharmacy at 3pm, it wasn't ready. I came back at 6:45pm, it wasn't ready. I waited for the text, which never came. I called the automated phone system at 8:30pm and it said it was ready. After 6 hours of terrible pain and hobbling in there 3 times, I finally got my pain reliever. I'm using Safeway or Amazon next time.

This pharmacy is so disorganized. I have had to come back 3 times one day when picking up a prescription. The first time they said my medication would be ready by 12:15 so I come back in the afternoon and then they told me that "my medication is not in/shipped to the pharmacy." And I waited for a half hour in the drive thru! So they tell me they can give me some of the meds in 20 minutes but because I waited so long, I had to get to a now late appointment so I told them I would be back in the evening. SO BACK I GO AGAIN (3rd time) in the evening and they don't even have it ready so I had to wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES! I am so frustrated with this pharmacy and them not being on top of filling my prescriptions at the times they say. I get staffing is an issue, but at least be honest the first time and let me know if my prescription is going to take a while to fill so I don't waste time and gas! I am switching pharmacies because this back and forth tag is ridoculous. This place needs major help in management.

They are the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. They are so slow you have to wait 15-20 min to pick up a prescription that has been waiting for pick up. Then they are so rude on top of everything else.

This pharmacy needs some better management! Frequent 30-45min delays, regular inconsistencies between Walgreens app and pharmacy. Staff is mostly helpful \\u0026 friendly, but constantly rushed, and short. Whoever is managing this pharmacy needs to find a new career- you had 1 job.

Pharmacy sucks! Never have enough help! Hire more people, duh!!! You'll wait hours for your prescription and then wait forever in line. And, they'll just randomly close the entire store early some days....as early as 3:00! Go anywhere else.

Tried to sign up for a vaccination appointment today. Got through the app's 25-question prep list, picked a date and time, and got an error. Did it again using the browser. Repeated the entire process. In the last step, the app errored again. The error provided no explanation, no detail, and no recommendation for next steps. At this point, I'm 20 minutes in. I stopped by Walgreens in person, explained that I'd tried to schedule online and the error I'd received, and asked to schedule with them in person (literally standing where the appointment would take place...). Nope, can't schedule with them. They suggested I call 1-800-Walgreens... call a nationwide customer service line, take 15 minutes to get through the automation, then likely wait in a hold queue for another 20 to schedule a simple vaccine appointment that should take 3 minutes (and who knows if they can actually get me scheduled)? No, thanks. That visit took another 20 minutes. Later, I managed to schedule an appointment with the online portal. I completed the online check-in at their request. I arrived 5 minutes early. I stood in line waiting to check in for my vaccination for 25 minutes. They handed me 4 pages of documents to fill out with the EXACT questions I'd completed (and NOT gotten an error on, haha) during the e-check-in digitally. I spent 2 minutes filling those out, turned them back in, then continued to wait. While waiting, 5 minutes later, I received a text message notifying me that I'd completed my vaccinations! Wow... I did?! Interesting, I must've missed it. Another 5 minutes later (37 minutes after I arrived), I get vaccinated. Normally I could chalk up the long wait time to staffing issues -- it happens to everyone and I get it. According to reviews (and 100% of the customers in line), the long lines have been there for 6+ months. When we lived in a larger city, long lines were the norm. This is not a big city :-). The staff seemed stressed out and overwhelmed. The technology and understaffing are not their faults, but they're getting berated for it by customers all day anyways.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They are so understaffed and can barely handle how many people they serve. Let alone answer a phone I don't understand why drs will still send prescription over here. This is serious some of the worst customer service I have ever had.

Don't even bother. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not they make you wait in line. I have been here over an hour and still waiting and I arrived at my appointment time. Go some where else if you actually value having an appointment and need to be in and out. This is beyond ridiculous. This is for the Walgreens at 2268 E harmony road.Update it took till 1 hour and 25 min after my appointment time before I got what I was there for. There is no value in having an appointment here they don't honor it.

This Walgreens must be the worst in nation. Horrible wait times. No improvement in past 9 months. Must still have staffing issues.
