Asked a question about make up and was met with a racist comment about Chinese people absolutely disgusting the manger just said ok…. She didn’t seem to care Cheryl is the managers name

Photo department is terrible. Personnel not trained and equipment is “out of order”. Power cords are overused and don’t work properly. Use the branch on Drake and College instead.

The most unprofessional untrained incompetent, careless,condescending people I ever met in my life. This pharmacy is a joke, if your life depends on certain medication please do not go there.

The customer service here is disgusting. EVERY time I've come to this pharmacy you can hear them talking trash about customers as if they're in a closed door room. They speak to customers as if it's inconvenient for them, even though it's their job. I typically come in the day after my Dr calls in a script so I don't have to wait...I still end up waiting...every time.

Extremely disappointed. Appointment for 2:20 - had to go to the counter 5 times to make sure they remembered that they had to do a vaccine. It’s currently 3:10 and they still aren’t ready.I’m so unbelievably disappointed. Check Walgreens stock price for how others feel.

I can not be more disappointed in this Walgreens pharmacy and Jeanette B the head pharmacist! I’ve had multiple bad experiences but this last time has been the worst. When they did a partial fill for me it was a 23 day supply. They put it in their system as a 28 day supply. Now that I need a refill and I sent it to a different pharmacy I can not get my script because of their mistake and they are claiming they can’t fix it. I absolutely can NOT go without my medication and it had been a full 24 hours off my medication because of them..and their inability to work with my dr. It finally got it sent to the escalation team against them. My Dr spend AN HOUR on hold while they scrambled, shut their pharmacy down early, and it took 8 hrs to fix. This was grossly unacceptable and has treated me with nothing but disrespect. I HIGHLY recommend no one ever goes here for their prescriptions!!

Dangerous pharmacist. Extremely rude, and clueless. Avoid for any vaccines especially if you have any allergies. I will never step foot in a walgreens again

I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist, very dismissive.. not helpful or friendly. They have lost my partial refills multiple times, they delay filling. I am going to switch back to king soopers they treat me like a person, not by the prescriptions I take

Poor customer service. Try to file a complaint with them and they’ll tell you “just call 1800 Walgreens.” Fortunately, corporate answered and took my complaint.

Just wow.....they had my prescription for over 5 days....apparently they didn't fill it so I called to verify why it was not filled and sat on hold for over an hour - they picked up AND hung up the phone 2 times in the hour I was on hold. Not an error, they would let it ring, then pick up/hang up repeatedly - voices clearly in the background when they pick up. After being so angry I couldn't get a live voice, I drove to the pharmacy to find out why they had not filled my important prescription? They did not think I could afford it so didn't order it. 1) They do not know me 2) I have insurance and would have paid regardless 3) They could have contacted me to verify my ability to pay upon receipt of the RX 4) They could have picked up the damn phone and 5) They could have called one of 5 Walgreens nearby to fill it since they were out. Instead, after driving and waiting 45 in line, after an hour of being on hold - I was told to go to the other Walgreens on Drake - got there and waited another 30 min to find out it was on Taft .... needless to say I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. The Pharmacists in all 3 locations were terrible, rude and dismissive as if my choosing them was my error. Duly noted.....

Called the pharmacy this morning to verify prescription was ready to pick up. When I went in the afternoon, they have a sign up that there is no pharmacist on duty and they cannot dispense refills. They're closed on Sunday/tomorrow so I am now going to have to go two days without the medication (I called another Walgreens but they cannot do anything unless I get my doctor to send in a new prescription which is not going to happen on a Saturday). This is the fourth or fifth time in the past year I've gone by and the pharmacy is closed. They bounce back and forth between open on Sunday and closed on Sunday. The drive-through is frequently closed.Walgreens corporation - what you do matters to people. Hire more staff or have backup plans.

This review is specially for the beauty department. Nikki is the reason I come to this location. Walgreens you lucked out finding this gal. Definition of above and beyond. Nikki is very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about her and I feel like she really makes this location worth going to.

Every time I go to get the same prescription filled. The attitude and coyness are absurd. You will be belittled here! :)I had to call back and forth three to four times to get some meds filled, the Pharmacy Manager Jeanette B. is a B. When herself plus staff realizes they messed up, they are rude! THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY TIME I GO!!!I had to wait for twenty minutes in the drive-thru before someone even acknowledged me. Once I rang the button that I didn't want to use because I knew it would come off as rude, they said, "Hold on one minute..." Then once I did receive service, she proceeded to act as if she couldn't hear me... Ma'am, I'm a 30-year-old Italian male, My vocal cords are too loud, you can hear me... yet she still proceeded to make sarcastic hand figures into each letter of the alphabet for my name as if I was a child and didn't know how to spell my own last name. I spoke up just to ensure and yet still, I got the same attitude. Once her fit with that was over, she proceeded to give me the silent treatment by using the least amount of words as possible, like a child does when they're upset.. WHO DID YOU HIRE HERE?? Well FOCO you can submit a complaint about the Pharmacist online and via hard copies, just google search report Pharmacist and the Colorado dot Gov website will be right there!I reported you to the Division of Professions and Occupations and shared my experience with the nice little Walgreens survey that comes on the back of the receipt you gave me, so I hope that comes right back to ya!Kudos! :)
