I needed some help with my new pup and Rachel was so very helpful. She had many excellent suggestions, even including their Vet to assist. She walked the store with me to find a product that would work.

So I have a dog that is 14 years old and has not been doing very well for some time. She was taken there 6 months ago but has lost alot of weight since then. She stopped eating and drinking. She stopped coming out and not wanting attention (not normal for her). So while calling to ask about information about Dog down. We just didn't want her to be in pain anymore me more. Did not think it was fair to her.. So while calling the call center to get some information, The lady proceeded ask the same question over and over and making her feel as if she was doing this horrible thing. This lady made it sound like we dont know our dog that we have had for 13 years. This is already a hard thing and she made it worse. When trying to call the manager To talk about the incident. We were transferred to the actual vet and she was helpful. The vet call the call center manager and stated that he would give us a call as soon as possible. 4 days later this has still not happened happened and he is avoiding this period period I would not recommend these people as in they do not make things easier And make you feel like you are mistreating your dog.

This location never has the humidity high enough for their chameleons. And their beta fish look sick!

Do not expect a lot of help from the grooming staff, especially the manager. Absolutely no help, no accommodating. I called and asked for something was told yes got there and had to change everything around. I've been to many Petcos and have never left this unsatisfied. Rules should be the same at every location.

Rodent Buyers Beware!!! We bought 2 guinea pigs at the Fort Collins, CO location. within a week one was at CSU vet on the weekend and had pneumonia and be euthanized. We were told that if we brought back the other one, they would take her to their vet to be seen. This was NOT done. They kept her for 4 days and observed her and decided that there was nothing wrong. We do have her back now and will be seeing Raintree soon. The GM Mateo is rude, and doesn't care about what the loss of a pet does to young kids. They are traumatized and still worried that she's sick. They receive guineas weekly, no idea if they quarantine them before putting them out as the employees couldn't answer that when asked. Did we get our money back for the guinea that passed? yes and due to the lack of female guineas around the area we had to get a 2nd again from Petco, but that will be the last time we step foot in the store.

I have 4-125 gallon fish tanks and go into the foco petco every week as you might imagine. I spends so much money and time there that I have really gotten to know the great associates. The they had a new employee named Chloe start there and she is the most rude person I think I have ever had to deal with. Since I go in there so often I get stuck with her every now and then and it always ends with my whole family leaving in discust and pissed off and now being able to buy what I need at the time. She has actually refused us servus for no reason yet another employee is selling the same thing I needed to another person. So rude and unpleasant to go in the store when she is working. We are considering not shopping there especially since the manager won't return my calls. They have great deals and some great people but she is destroying this store. Go shop a different store if you need fish supplies!

Great store I always came here for fish supplies when I lived in Fort Collins. The fish employees were great and helped with my fish needs. I much prefer coming here then petsmart they treat the fish better and keep there tanks cleaner.

Every fish I've purchased from this place has DIED within a week. The tanks are constantly filled with dead fish. There's some sort of fish disease festering in this place for sure. I test my water at home and at Petco and they always tell me it's perfectly fine, and I have other perfectly healthy fish living in the tank. DO NOT buy fish here. There's a business down on harmony called the Fish Crew, go there instead of this crappy corporate chain.

Everyone at Petco was fantastic! My son and I went in with the intention of getting a couple of fish and changed our minds and decided to get a hamster. But after talking to the amazing associate we decided to get two mice. And our family couldn't be happier with the decision. She also helped us make sure we had everything we needed to take care of our new fur babies and make them feel at home.

Went to Petco today checo got a bath and his nails cut. They were wonderful. My dog loved Petco and the groomer. They had no problems. And we will be going back. Thank you all for the help.

AVOIDWe went here to get some aquarium supplies, and possibly pick out a few saltwater fish. I changed my mind when I saw one of the employees pick up a fish off the floor that another employee had dropped a minute ago. Then to make things worse she simply poured tap water into a container, and put the fish in it. She then proceeded to give it to the other employee and told him he dropped it. Unbelievable. If being dropped on the floor did not kill the fish, then surely the chlorine from the tap water did.... Sad. Both employees looked young and obviously had ZERO experience with handling fish. Go to Fish Crew where they know what they are doing.

Very nice day to come in I got a 10 gallon tank for 50% off for my betta!! They are doing some remodeling I almost drove by the store because there sign is removed from the building! All in all a good store and trip

The young lady who helped me knew nothing about the products I was looking at, but did a great job doing her best to get the information I needed. However, it was appalling to learn that the prices had nearly doubled since I had last shopped there, yet the staff had not had even seen a penny raise!!! Corporate greed!!!

The staff was incredibly kind and nice. I was not satisfied with the paw hair "trim" and the knotted hair I found in my dogs hair shortly after leaving? Too much cost for the outcome tbh.

Brought my pup in for a haircut and was told due to a mat on his ear that they weren't able to give him a haircut due to a possible medical issue that can happen? I was told to call my vet so I did just that and was told by my vet that I was straight up lied to, they've never heard of anything like that happening and from what they said it sounded like they just didn't want to cut his hair, I scheduled this appointment weeks ago and had to get the morning off work, also would like my poor dog to get a haircut, definitely not coming back after this experience.
