Popped in to get a new phone line and was helped by Gio. Best experience at Verizon to date. He knows his stuff, isn’t trying to oversell you, and was so swift. I was in and out in 10 minutes. If you want professional help this is the location and now you know a guy. Thanks Gio!

Dishonest business. I will be switching to a different service after being lied to for too long. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20 years but I’ve had my final straw with their bad business practices. I had a “free upgrade” as they call it for a new phone on our family plan. I talked with a woman at this location in October and she said the total for the phone was $167. She never mentioned that that was all I pay now and we would be billed for the total amount which was $800 in monthly payments. None I see it is in fine print and she failed to mention it at all. She kept that part a secret to scam us. Same thing happened to my poor elderly mother. They tricked her into signing up for “free” ipads until she realized later they were going to bill her. So sad that there is no trust anymore. Verizon, how do you still have customers when all you do is lie, telling them they’re getting things for free to their face and then billing them later??

I was really expecting this to be a pain in the hiney. But, not even close.
Today, I had the pleasure of being helped by Reaunna, a delightfully smiley and fun young lady.
Having reached my limit of patience with my previous carrier, I came in to establish new service, and see about porting my old number. After some discussion, I decided to make a clean break, and get a new number (and a cool one, too!). Various doodlings on tablets and whatnots later, behold, my new service and spiffy new number! She sent me out the door with the information I needed to finish setting things up, which I'm now about to do.
People sometimes forget, that there's humans that make all this happen, and to talk to a human and not a ... robot, is just such a nice experience.
Thanks for making this not only painless, but downright fun!

There’s a man in there with huge gauges and tattoos who has been severely rude to me BOTH times I had to go in for a broken phone. He’s got a rude demeanor and is very short and snappy for no reason. I went in today asking for help with my phone and I got several rude responses on why he couldn’t help. It was about pairing my apple watch and current phone together. Like if you can’t take two seconds to be a nice person maybe you need to reconsider some things. I would highly recommend staying away from him as he is rude and unhelpful.

My experience at the Verizon store was disheartening. Witnessing a young lady being followed out by an employee while being subjected to profanity was deeply unsettling. It created an atmosphere of fear and discomfort, overshadowing any positive aspects of the store. Such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the store's reputation and leaves customers feeling apprehensive. I hope Verizon takes swift action to address this issue and uphold a standard of professionalism and respect for all customers.

The staff were super patient and accommodating with my elderly hearing impaired father who is in the beginning stages of dementia. They paired him with a new phone that works well with his situation, instead of trying to sell him the most expensive newest phone. They were great about showing how the phone works.

Truly have no idea what the point of existence is for this store. I’ve gone in at different occasions only for them to say I have to contact Verizon customer service for my needs. If I have to do all the work myself, then again, why this store. I say shut it down to save the money so Verizon can stop raising my bill and actually provide me savings. Food for thought Verizon!

I came here to get my Zagg screen protector replaced under warranty, and they sent me to CPR Cell Phone Repair to get it replaced for free, but when I go there, they said it was $12 and has always been $12 and the lovely folks over at CPR said they spoke with the staff at Verizon and told them it was not free several times. Sounds like they're just as lousy with local businesses as they are with their customers when it comes to paying attention.

I have been dealing with them for months because they put in a fake address so I can get internet service. Now they are charging me for a box that they sent to a fake address and the box to return the old one too that has been going to a fake address. Thanks Verizon for the integrity of using a fake address to get me internet that I should have never had. You cost me so much money and time.

Would love to know what they actually do there… have been three times for phone related problems and every time told that they “don’t do that here”.
Most recently I went because my phone’s screen broke and I needed help transferring data and contacts to my new phone which I couldn’t do manually because my screen was completely not functional. They couldn’t do that because they don’t have the machine for it, which seems absurd for a phone place. They directed me to Best Buy instead.
Would honestly be a hilarious bit with the amount of things they don’t do if it wasn’t so annoying.

The customer service rep's here are only here for sales they CAN NOT HELP with anything that involves helping a customer except to add services.
