Don't waste your time here at this authorized retailer. They try to push a 5 accessory 'bundle' on you that's totally unnecessary to purchase with a new phone. It's 2024 -- everyone has the USB-C power adapter; no one needs another one for $40. Just go to a corporate Verizon store, who will just charge you tax on the new device. Or better yet, use the Verizon app to upgrade your phone and get it shipped directly to your house. You can ship a trade-in from your house, no problem.And just buy your case and screen protector on Amazon for half the price.This is a money-hungry operation. If they respond to my review with something like 'we are sorry for your experience; please email us at...', then it just proves all the more that they only care about their image, not about saving the customer money. They know what they're doing full well to meet their aggressive sales goals.

We went into the Verizon store on Council Tree in Ft. Collins, CO about 21 hour and 45 min before closing. It was packed full of people and there was only one young man, Justin, working (the other person working packed up his stuff and left when he was off even though there were multiple customers waiting). I have never seen such excellent customer service as what Justin provided to every customer. Even though he was swamped he greeted every customer that walked in, helped multiple people at once, remained calm, friendly and professional, listened to what the customers' needs were and helped each and every person. If they just had a question he answered it in the midst of transferring info from phone to phone for someone else and handling all customers as quickly as possible. Justin provided the BEST customer service and was very professional the entire time! I had a terrible experience with Verizon and 2 out of 3 of their phone and online customer service reps the night before and was ready to switch from Verizon after 30-years of being a customer. Justin renewed my faith in not only the fact that there are great customer service reps out there but that at least one person with Verizon has a brain and is willing to help people no matter what time it is or how much it takes! Thank you Justin for the excellent Verizon experience.

My visit to the Verizon store was incredibly frustrating. The staff was completely unhelpful when it came to upgrading my device. They didn’t even bother to check if other stores had it in stock. It felt like they just didn’t care. I had to take matters into my own hands and call the corporate support line, where they were able to assist me and arrange for overnight shipping. The in-store experience was a letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend this store for any kind of assistance.
