Asst. Manager was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Answered questions politely and assisted us to sign up easily to a new plan with a Disney Bundle. Will return to this office for future Verizon phone purchase and plan updates.

My pixel 8 lost connection to the network out of the blue. Sierra troubleshot it, alas, it was a total loss. She then helped me get a replacement on the way to a hotel that I would need to stay at in order to receive the shipment. Excellent service while I was stranded without phone connectivity!
