Daniel was excellent. He answered all my questions with enthusiasm and a genius that isn't typical. The lady, I'm sorry I forgot her name, shes into art, was great as well.The store staff were very friendly.

Every time I go to the store, I have nothing but issues. I’ve gone to management I’ve complained to corporate and I still get the same treatment from this store. I want my receipts emailed to me when I go to check out they specifically skip over this option at the cash register and don’t let me check out the proper way by letting me put my email address in so that I can have the receipt emailed to me - then they tell me that they can’t go back and change it when in fact they can. Taking my options away from me as a consumer is not something that I want and I would discourage anyone who wants good customer service to visit this store.

My grandson was at the Vans store in Fort Collins and called me to see if I can buy him a few things he wanted. I live in California and the store could not take my credit card information over the phone, so Jake, the Manager, had me order online, select his store, in store pick up option, and my grandson had his items within twenty minutes. Jake walked me through the whole process, outstanding service from him, he went above and beyond in making my purchase possible. Thank you Jake, you are awesome and made my grandson a very happy customer, me too!!

I absolutely love the staff at this store they always pay attention if you need anything and are always willing to help. Store is always clean and tidy.

I wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped us today so I could give him the credit, but I took my son in this morning, he had downloaded the Van's app and got a bunch of points so wanted to go redeem them. The gentleman that helped us with this ended up using his own points from his app to get my son the redeemable prizes he wanted instead of the one or two he could get with his own points. This made my son's day! Walked in knowing he could only get one thing, and walked out with 5 free things because this gentleman was so very generous and let my son use his points to pick out everything they had avaliable to redeem. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SONS DAY!

Aight I love me some Vans. I don't pay much mind to branding on my clothing but I make a singular exception because Vans are dope. So when I walked into this mall last Thursday night, I knew what to expect...But let me tell you about my man Jake. I walked into this store late, like 30 minutes before close, and I already knew I would have to be quick. But I did not expect the EFFICIENCY in which this dude whisked me around the store to grab a new jacket and kicks. Like I've been in tons of Vans shops, so I already knew where to go, but like homey was picking out jackets that matched the weather and showing me the sales and styles.Then I said I needed shoes and like ten seconds later I was trying on everything I wanted. He was like bringing me socks to match the style of shoe, the whole nine. Real VIP ishThe point is that despite the store being about to close I was still given a premium customer experience. You don't really get that everywhere so I took a special note of it. It also cut my mall trip down to 15 minutes which is unheard of. Jake H, you are a KING. Appreciate you fam.

Very nice workers and you get serves extremely fast. I was on a time crunch and only spent about 9 minutes in the store bought to pairs of shoes. I did know what I wanted before hand.

Disappointed in customer service. I walked in and I was asked if I needed help. I replied yes looking for a certain type of clothing. He pointed out couple items Then he walked away to continue flirting and talking to a female co worker. SMH
