This particular post office has lost (they’ll claim it’s not lost, they just “can’t find it”) over $700 worth of packages, changed my mailbox keys without notice, and still have zero clue which cluster mailbox is actually mine; they’ve given me the wrong box number every single time I’ve gone in. Whenever any issue is brought to their attention, they simply shrug and say that since they personally had nothing to do with it, it’s not their problem. For your own sanity, if this office serves your area, please try and find any other method of shipping. This place is not only useless, but their employees must be participating in shady activities given how many issues I have personally had combined with the amount of people I hear in line discussing their missed packages or delivery issues everytime I have to go to this office.

My wife and I went to get our passports for the first time and the guy working was very unprofessional and rude. We we're excited to experience this and he ruined it

The employees displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism, resulting in an inefficient and disorganized process. Despite the presence of a clearly visible sign instructing individuals to wait outside, many people disregarded it and attempted to cut in line. This led to an unnecessary wait time of approximately two hours and forty-five minutes, with the majority of that time spent standing outside unnecessarily. It was only after assertively entering the office a second time that the process finally commenced. It was disheartening to observe individuals blatantly disregarding the line, particularly those belonging to the baby boomer generation. Every time i'm forced to go here, I encounter sub-par customer service.

Yikes! What an experience today! I have always used the US Post Office in old town, and their team is not only helpful, but always super friendly!Today I made the mistake of stopping into the Boardwalk location. Wow.The manager, DeShawn, wasn't only unwilling to help, but might be one of the rudest individuals I have ever met in my entire life.I was attempting to track a certified letter that I was unable to locate via the tracking number, on the USPS website and the USPS text app (28777), both of which were returning an error message that instructed me to contact my local post office directly.Upon entering this location, the front desk associate was also unable to track the package. He not only attempted to enter the tracking number into his computer system, but even walked to the back to see if they had the letter at the facility. He unfortunately wasn't able to find the letter and told me he would need to ask his manager what else he could do to help. This is where things went terribly wrong.DeShawn came out of the back visibly annoyed and armed with an eye roll, instead of any greeting, I mean literally any greeting at all. Just the eye roll.I finally said hello and apologize for having to bother him with something that I should have been able to take care of at home.At that point he said, " I don't know how I'm supposed to help you. You have to go online and submit a find my package request."At that point, I explained that I hadn't had any success tracking the package online, thus my trip to the post office. He then replied, "I don't know how this is my fault. I didn't lose your package."I explained that I wasn't trying to place blame, but simply needed assistance tracking a package, that I paid extra to track. He snapped the tracking number out of my hand told me he would send an email to "help" me.I then told this gentleman that I did not want his help and asked to speak with someone else.Another team member came out, and was able to confirm where the package was. She did let me know that "certified mail isn't what it used to be, and wouldn't send mail that way." I appreciated the honestly, but it does sort of make you doubt the reliability of the services that the USPS provides.I thanked her and assured her we would use FedEx or UPS next time for our postal needs.

USPS is wonderful. They are open until 6 pm and you can take care of all your postal needs at this location. All the people that work there are very professional and kind and handle everything in a fast and speedy manner.

Ray was absolutely amazing when I needed to send international packages for the first time. He was SO patient, sweet, and really took the time to make sure everything was correct. I loved working with him - even at probably one of the highest volume days (the monday before Christmas) he didn’t make me feel rushed or unwanted. We got all my packages sorted, and sent out thanks to Ray’s support!

Darlene is so nice and helpful. Helped me with some issues I had with my passport and walked me through every step of the way. She's an absolute angel. Best post office in Fort Collins, it has everything you can possibly need!

One of the postal workers just delivered a package I had to sign for. She BANGED on a window. She didn’t knock on the door rather banged on the window like a hooligan. She could clearly see there were people seated in the living room three feet from the door and she looked us dead in the eye she banged on the window hard enough it shook the curtains anyway. When I asked her not to do that she claimed it was the only way to get residents attention. I told her that pane of glass it the second one in its frame and it would be greatly appreciated if it would not have to be replaced twice in a year. She argued again that this has been her route for years and she has had no issues. Apparently she has a power play problem and this makes her feel better. USPS never fails to disappoint. Late on delivery, terrible service, horrible on packages.

International service is a very bad service. I sent a package using Priority Mail Express international and paid for 3-5 days delivery. It have been 2 weeks and I don't even know where my package is. USPS should explain that the 3-5 days is just if you are lucky. I felt extremely disappointed and won't use the international service again, specially because no one cares, I keep calling and don't get any solution.

They keep sending my mail back saying I’m not at that address when I am. When I call they refuse to let me speak to a live representative. This is quite irritating as I’m getting junk mail but nothing that I actually need someone needs to reach out to me about this because this is going on almost a month of this and it’s getting really old. I’m a parent and can’t even receive mail on my child’s behalf because they send it back and it’s quite inconvenient for them to not even let me explain the issue.

Garbage service. I have had to go in person three times since i moved last month to get my mail after filling two mail address forms for them. Absolute joke.
