I have not had good experiences at this post office. Lines are long the tellers are unfriendly and often rude. I recommend using the postal unit inside the Sprouts grocery store on the corner of Drake and Lemay. Very friendly postal agents very fast rarely long lines. The only caveat is the Sprouts postal unit cannot mail large packages overseas and does not do money orders. I always try to go there and never to go to a regular postal station. The one in Old Town is even worse than Boardwalk in my experience. (Today a homeless woman was lying sprawled in the lobby blocking the line and nobody did anything.)

Horrible USPS I ever met. They refused to send my packages to my appointment and lied to me for no access to the building and no lockers available in my appointment. That is totally not true. I even can get moving boxes shipped from FedEx and USPS just told me they cannot deliver because they cannot get the our mail place. They don’t even allow me to reschedule the delivery while I can meet them at my place, instead they told me to go the their office to pickup the packages (they only attempt once, and even did not bring the packages with them when they claimed that attempt). My apartment was half hour away. If I ever use USPS for delivery purposes, I must be an idiot or that was the last resort ?

Called over 15 times during working hours and never had anyone pick up, maybe they don’t know how to use a phone.

Amanda was amazing in helping me today with an order. I had a late delivery from UPS who was suppose to get this to me yesterday but due to some hiccups, it ended up in the hands of USPS. As I was on a tight turnaround (as I was leaving the country), Amanda patiently helped me track down the piece of mail.I want to say how grateful I am to Amanda for all her help. Thank you.

I was here yesterday to pick up an international package and get my new mail key. The line was long but the clerks worked efficiently and it moved fast. Something else that impressed me was seeing one of the clerks handle a customer who was angry about something that was clearly not the post offices fault. The clerk still worked very hard to help resolve his issue, and dealt with the customers frustration with grace and understanding. I can tell this guy is a true professional who is great at his job.

They keep refusing to deliver a perishable package for reason "blocked mailbox" despite there being no cars in front of my house. I guess I'll have to go pick it up and do their job for them. It's been over a week and the package came from Longmont (30 mins away).

This particular post office has lost (they’ll claim it’s not lost, they just “can’t find it”) over $700 worth of packages, changed my mailbox keys without notice, and still have zero clue which cluster mailbox is actually mine; they’ve given me the wrong box number every single time I’ve gone in. Whenever any issue is brought to their attention, they simply shrug and say that since they personally had nothing to do with it, it’s not their problem. For your own sanity, if this office serves your area, please try and find any other method of shipping. This place is not only useless, but their employees must be participating in shady activities given how many issues I have personally had combined with the amount of people I hear in line discussing their missed packages or delivery issues everytime I have to go to this office.

The employees displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism, resulting in an inefficient and disorganized process. Despite the presence of a clearly visible sign instructing individuals to wait outside, many people disregarded it and attempted to cut in line. This led to an unnecessary wait time of approximately two hours and forty-five minutes, with the majority of that time spent standing outside unnecessarily. It was only after assertively entering the office a second time that the process finally commenced. It was disheartening to observe individuals blatantly disregarding the line, particularly those belonging to the baby boomer generation. Every time i'm forced to go here, I encounter sub-par customer service.
