I’m on my second package just not delivered, can’t take my visa debit card for redelivery (or literally anyone else’s?) and the package before that was broken into and everything was taken out of it, I still got the box and a “oopsie daisy!!” Note. Getting absolutely ridiculous I avoid mailing at all costs now ✌️

Worst customer service I have ever add in my life!Constant attitude from the empoyees. Even when your nice and trying to be helpful and kind. They act like your an inconvenience to them and give you attitude. They talk bad about previous customers after they have left. Then turn it around and say your the problem and giving attitude. When you literally offer the read off the tracking so it would be easier for them. The older lady that always works the second to last desk really need to be written up or just be straight up fired. No one deserves to be belittled, talked down too and treated the way she treats customers.

Terrible costumer service, I ended up having an issue with the package that I was sending out because the person who was supposed to be helping was unwilling to respond to my questions. This is one of the places that people make you feel like you showing up at the office is the worst thing that happened to them all day.

Great location in the heart ofOld Town Fort Collins, Colorado. Plenty of parking and always a friendly staff which for some odd reason has always been a knock on postal workers. There’s not usually a wait but every once in a while just like every other business out there, they get busy.

A very nice post office, everyone had always been very nice informative and helpful. (I stay away from the old curly lady though she's mean) for a post office, I don't dread going.

I like everyone here. I've been to many post offices in different cities and this is probably my favorite bc the people I interact with are friendly and helpful and patient with me.

I've been in multiple times and always received great service. Does the post office get busy? Of course. But I've always been treated with respect and folks here have gone out of their way to help me out.

I had a USPS paid label that was not printed and I was sent to FEDEX to get it printed. Why do we pay for this agency with our taxes? Worst customer service ever. I observed three customers ask questions because they were unfamiliar with the process only to be sent to the back of the line because they didn’t have something filled out. The employees were impatient and condescending to the customers. Seriously… I am blown away how inefficient and terrible this office was.

Can I give a negative score? Package wouldn't fit in our locker, so we requested a redelivery to the house. Package never showed up. Made a service request. Their email said that they "believe" the package was taken back out and delivered and the person forgot to scan it. Still don't have a package. Emailed them back (as instructed in their email) letting them know we did NOT receive the package-still haven't heard one word. Even tried calling the regional consumer affairs number....no response.

Met with Cindy on Friday regarding an issue. Said she’d call me back next day. Never heard from her. Showed up again on Tuesday and asked to speak with Laura, manager. She was too busy to come out and talk with me. Wanted me to fill out a form for her to call me the next day!Hats off to Ashley at front desk. She went above and beyond to locate my mail, found them and handed them over to me. She should be commended on her outstanding customer service. The other two should be addressed by their manager for poor customer service.
