“Great experience! Ken Morrison is a very professional Master Technician. He knows cars inside and out. I purchased a 2006 Volvo XC70 from him. This is our 10th Volvo, so I know what to look for in these vehicles. Ken went into extreme detail, outlining what he knew about the car and what he had repaired and replaced. He then discussed options and made suggestions for items that he had not addressed. The Volvo was professionally detailed and looked great.

I didn't feel rushed, pressured, or taken advantage of when I purchased a fairly priced vehicle for my husband. Before sale they did all of the maintenance it needed no cost to me. When the vehicle did turn out to have an issue with the radiator shortly after purchase, they replaced it for next to nothing $ for us and it's been running perfect ever since. I had originally been interested in another car that needed more work and was offered at a lower price and I appreciate the honesty letting me know about the needed repairs so I could pick something that fit my needs. No surprises at the Mechanic later, soon I'll have the windshield Crack fixed and this will be close to perfect. It's loving the new tires! Some light work has it running even smoother than before.
