Oh did l learn my lesson not researching to find a company such as this. The remedy was trusting Mark and getting a customer service experience so rare in today's marketplace. l am so thankfull for all the thoughtfulness.Thank you !

Well, I just told yet another person how much better I sleep with my new mattress, so figured it was time to leave a review. Excellent, low pressure service, excellent mattresses, no bait and switch, zero complaints. Would highly recommend.

I love Ginger & Baker. Good and service always top notch. I mistakenly order my eggs wrong about every time. I like "over medium" and every time I ask for them they arrive slimey and undercooked. I finally asked a server how to get them crisp yet yokes still runny. Apparently I need to ask for them over hard. We'll see!

Locally owned mattress shop that not only offers high-quality mattresses but also produces their own. The associate was very helpful, as this was my first time mattress shopping. The store was quite (probably due to the Easter weekend) but that was nice as we had interrupted personalized guidance. Planning to return for a purchase, but weighing our options still.

We bought our first mattress from Urban Mattress in 2017 because we found the quality was so much better than other stores we visited. It was an investment that we felt good would last us many years. We started experiencing an issue about 5 years in and were reluctant at first to reach out to the store. But when we finally did, the owner Mark was more than willing to work with us to resolve it to our satisfaction. This is a local business that stands behind their products without hassle and we’ll continue to shop from them in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Urban Mattress. I'll try to keep my review short, but there is so much good stuff to write about.First - the mattress. I wound up with the Silverlake Plush and it's probably the best bed I will own in my lifetime, until I have to replace it in 15-20 years with another Urban Mattress product. I waffled in the bed in a box world for months before I remembered Urban Mattress. I tried Purple, Helix, Dreamcloud and some other one. I am finally sleeping on a solid, supportive bed that I feel is top-quality. I did try the Highland and while I think I would have kept it, I like the extra foam in the Silverlake. I'm a princess and the pea kind of person and the Silverlake is amazing.Secondly - Mark and the team did everything possible to get me into the correct bed. They always took their time explaining the materials, offered sound advice (the WHOLE team did) and offered solutions and additional products when the Highland mattress wasn't working out. They were ever-patient and accommodating - and worked with me to stay within my budget.Lastly - I had bought 2 Urban Mattresses before and not sure why I didn't think of them when I ventured on my new bed journey first. I wish I would have. Don't be like me and just go directly to them at first thought.

Me and my husband were looking for a new mattress as we are moving. We went to mattress firm and a couple other places and decided to go here to just check it out, we were not planning on getting a mattress that day just wanted to get an idea of what was out there. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Collin with amazing customer service and a joyful attitude we told him what we were looking for and he pointed us to exactly what we wanted. I had so many questions and we was so patient with us and you could tell he really cared and wasn’t dismissive at all. He really made our experience one that we will never forget. I don’t write reviews often but I felt this was much needed! We ended up buying the mattress same day only because of him and how he treated us and he had the one we wanted there that day!

Beware the bait and switch! When we were shopping for a new mattress we stopped in at UM FC and spoke with the store owner. I laid on a bed that was the most comfortable thing I'd EVER lain on, and we were pretty much sold. But the bed in the showroom was a queen and we wanted a king. I made an offhand comment that I like a firm mattress and that I wouldn't mind it being a little firmer yet. The associate ordered our new bed in the next firmer version without further discussion. The bed we ordered was a ViSpring which are RIDICULOUSLY expensive. They ship from Europe and we waited for weeks in anticipation. When the bed arrived it was as hard as sleeping on our wood floor. No joke. Our arms were falling asleep on this thing. Returned to store several times and the model we had fallen in love with was nowhere to be found for comparison. Exchanged the mattress for a softer version (ViSpring offers a one-time exchange) and the thing is still uncomfortably hard. We've added really expensive plush toppers, plush mattress protectors - we've done it all and STILL the bed is nowhere near as comfortable as the one in the showroom was. I think the store sold us a different model of the bed from what they had on the floor, or were wrong about the softness level of the floor model. Why would they? To make a nice posh sale. This was before they had a bunch of ViSpring on their sales floor. Maybe it wasn't done out of malice but of ineptitude? Now we're stuck with this super hard, uncomfortable, expensive mattress that is supposed to last for the rest of our lives. There's no way I could convince my husband to spring for another one (the RIGHT one). Truly a huge disappointment. Buyer beware.

Joel was very knowledgeable about all of his products. We told him what we were looking for and he knew exactly what we needed. He didn't use any aggressive or pushy sales tactics. It gave me confidence that he knew what he was selling was a good mattress. Purchasing was quick and efficient. He told us 2 weeks to get the mattress made and sent to us. It arrived exactly when he said it would. The delivery was easy. They offered mattress removal, showed up during the time frame, and called when they were 30 minutes out. We have had the mattress for a few days, and we already feel so much better. Less pain better sleep. Great experience and mattress. This is our fourth mattress in a few months. We are beyond relieved that we found somebody that could point to the mattress we needed and be right.

Such a wonderful experience at urban mattress. My fiancé and I went in this evening and purchased a new mattress. Joel was fantastic - knew what he was talking about, very personable and not overly salesy. Urban mattress was our first and only stop on our search for a new mattress. Sure, we could’ve spent time shopping around all the other mattress stores and maybe found something we like just as much for a better price, but time is money, and we felt no need to shop around as the service we received was fantastic and the product is great. So relieved we were able to knock this out so quickly and feel confident in our purchase, as mattresses are a big and pricey decision. Highly recommend!

I've worked with many mattress companies with my experience with life and these guys are definitely the most knowledgeable in Ft Collins,but they honestly care and Love their customers the most,today a returning customer came in in wanting to buy the owners lunch...now who does that.Mr Thompson from Dallas Texas that's who,then there's Joel who is Mark when Marks not in,and Colin the most knowledgeable guy in the store..then they give veterans jobs too,I've worked with Urban for last 4:years during some pretty hard times, but these guys just said,no one else Nick, just you, God bless this place,and God bless you all,you will not be disappointed ,you want quality Mattress at service you hope for these and just good people urban Mattresses is the only place you will ever go...oooh did I mention every sale gets a portion of the profit to charity... Wow ??

I broke my neck roller skiing and badly needed a new bed since I had to spend the entire night on my back--and I needed it in a hurry (which is hard to do right now).I worked with the owner Mark and he was amazing. I couldn't physically go into the store with my injury so he helped me find the perfect mattress over the phone, and patiently answered all my questions. He seemed genuinely concerned about me being able to get some good sleep to help with my recovery. And he reassured me that it I didn't love the mattress, we could swap it out.He knew I couldn't stand another night in my current bed, so the real customer service kicker came when he offered to provide me with a new temporary loaner bed for a handful of nights until my bed was delivered. Unreal!I've bought two beds from different stores during my time here in Fort Collins, both were disappointing experiences and beds. That's not the case with Urban Mattress. Support local and they'll support you!

Absolutely wonderful. Had been testing various mattresses for a bit, but laying on these made all the other brands feel like concrete. Joel and Colin took their time and helped us order exactly what we wanted. Joel took all the time needed to explain the differences and help with everything we needed. If you’re looking for an amazing bed, check them out! We tried all the supposed top of the line brands and they don’t come close to this place!
