I went in there to return DirectTV equipment. I was in there for about 60 seconds before they told me that the software was frozen and they couldn’t help me. I asked them to try again and they said no that I should go to a different store. I felt like they could have made a greater effort to help me rather than saying just go to a different store, especially after spending less than one minute trying the system.

Lots of rude and unhappy people working here. Seem upset when customers drop off packages (um...its a UPS store), its like someone working at McDonalds being mad when a Big Mac is ordered. When I drop off at FexEd or USPS they are pleasant and not bitter or angry at the customers. A real problem at this location.

If I ever come here more than 20 min before the listed close time they are always closed. Another time sensitive package missed because the employees here can’t abide by the corporate and publicly listed store hours!! The open sign was even left on. Would give zero stars if I could.

The staff was so helpful. We couldn’t get an item in a box and I was almost going to have to buy another box but they fixed it for me. Highly recommend!

Shipped out a dog toy that was miss-labled and my recipient got someone's heart medication instead. A week later I shipped a custom built PC that arrived with a broken front plate. A few weeks after that I tried to ship a road bike and they acted like I was the first person on earth to want to ship a bike. They told me they would have to "custom build" a box and it would cost me hundreds of dollars. I went to FedEx and they shipped it in a matter of minutes with a box they had in the back for a fraction of the price.

Shipped a one of a kind painting from this ups store on the 27th of July. The person I shipped it to received a box of dumbbell weights. The shipping label was all correct but it was placed on the wrong box. While I was in there the lady behind me was returning dumbbells so they must have switched up the labels. I go in today to figure this all out and all I got was a "Sorry the employee that did this has done it twice in one week" and a refund on the shipping. This is not a solution nor does it rectify the absolute horrible mistake that this employee made. A one of a kind painting is gone and money is lost and all I get is a sorry. Completely bad business.
