Very lazy, unwilling to help my wife with returns, told her that she had to use self serve only. While self serve is convenient for most, actual service should still be valued.

This store has hard, working friendly staff! I have been in here a few times on my lunch hour the past few months and it's always consistent. Today, they were quite busy (line to the door) and the one staff member working (i believe her name is Echo) was moving people along as quickly as they could and kept letting people know they could use the self help line for amazon returns, which I ended up using. Props to the staff for being efficient and always positive! Also, this store is very clean always!

UPS store is VERY lucky to have Echo. They went ten extra miles to make sure my package was sent out with care.

I came in with a totally destroyed package that was sent out from a different UPS location to me cross country, hoping to see who I needed to contact to get it sorted out. Adriel and another employee whose name I didn't catch were extremely friendly and helpful regarding a situation that they did not cause. They provided really amazing customer service and gave me contact information to help me file a claim through the negligent store. Thank you for all your help.

It’s quite hilarious how many angry people are in these reviews over things the store cannot control or minor mistakes. Some of you need to find better things to do with your free time. Find a hobby. Be human.
Now, for an honest review from a long time customer who isn’t having a bad day:
I have never had any problems at this store. I’ve gone in multiple times over the last year, and everybody is friendly and willing to help with requests. I used to own a UPS Store box and worked at one going through college, and this store operates very well compared to some I’ve seen. Service is great, and the employees are friendly and helpful every time I have questions about shipping an item. Whether it’s shredding, shipping, or packaging - I trust this store.

I went in there to return DirectTV equipment. I was in there for about 60 seconds before they told me that the software was frozen and they couldn’t help me. I asked them to try again and they said no that I should go to a different store. I felt like they could have made a greater effort to help me rather than saying just go to a different store, especially after spending less than one minute trying the system.
