Hello,
Hopefully all is well with you. I Do have a request would it be possible to maybe have a line for customers that pay yearly dues to pick up their mail so we don’t have to stand in the long lines. This new system is inconvenient. Wish I still had my key. Thank you for your time.

The mailbox rates are absurd. Will be moving to a cheaper place. The employees are all new and they do their best but the owners leave much to be desired. Not once have I been greater or smiled at when I was there by them.

I would not recommend the Harmony location. They are not customer oriented and have exorbitant pricing on their mail boxes. Twice that of stores in Windsor and Loveland.

Witnessed on multiple occasions the employees being spoken and treated poorly by management and the owners. Not to mention how rude the manager and owner treat their customers; picking fights, being rude, and almost yelling at people. Ever since the last manager Susan left, the employee turn over had been massive. Employees leaving because they are being treated badly and the owners firing faithful employees. It’s really sad to know that by being a customer at that store supported the owners and managers poor treatment of their employees.
In response to the owners of the store:
I have almost nothing negative to say about the general employees, its the owners and new manager that are really the issue here (Ted, Danielle, and Barb) That fact is blatantly obvious if you look at any of the other recent reviews. Considering the other reports of consistently poor treatment of customers by the owners and new head manager; I respectfully completely disagree that this issue has anything to do with your general employees. Essentially what I'm saying is that Ted, Danielle, and Barb are the real issue.

They recently hired on new employees that are absolutely incompetent and rude. Not only did they ship my packages overnight express without my permission and charged it to my account, But they also placed the wrong label on the boxes, sending the items to the customers. This cost me hundreds of dollars. I doubt anyone from ownership or management will see this comment but you lost me as a customer after years of service and spending thousands of dollars at this store.

I'm at this location at least once a week, either return something from Amazon, or conducting business (mail, notary, etc). I've never been treated poorly until today.
My guess is, it was sort of busy today so the manager had to get off of her rump and actually do something up front. She should just stay in the back and let her team handle the rush. They are calm, professional, and polite.
This old bat is RUDE! Seriously considering sending my business to staples or FedEx after my run in with her today.
Barb, stay in the back twiddling your thumbs next time, your team, your customers, and the community as a whole would be better off.

Staff is nice on property but the automated system will not let you call the store and get ahold of a representative AT ALL. Have 6 options to choose from and none of the options seem to get to anyone on property. Spending 20 minutes getting transferred and on hold to have someone from an off-property office tell me to call the store is asinine. That's what I did. I called your store and was forced to transfer to God knows where. Guess I'll use Canva for my printing needs moving forward. Seriously disappointed. DON NOT RECOMMEND. Was told by the representative that I would have to drive to the store to ask them a question.

I have always had a great experience at this location and I go there almost weekly to drop off shipments. It's efficient and friendly, just the way I like it!
