Pack a bag and plan on spending a few hours here, even when they are completely slow.

The staff is best! No matter how busy they are and they are busy, never make you feel rushed if you have a question. My prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner. I also love they are open 24/7!

What good is your security if you allow some maskless woman to harass my mother in line; getting in her face and taking her picture simply because she practices safe social distancing? I have an autoimmune disease and you guys are the ONLY hospital in the area who don't require masks to be worn. Salud clinic will even give you a mask if you come in without one.I have to rely on my family to retrieve my prescriptions since I am at high risk for communicable illnesses and yet your staff doesn't even enforce its own policies, let alone intervene when someone is being hostile to an elderly woman in line.

I had a really great first experience with this ER. We moved from out of state last year and so I was shocked that there were only a couple cars in the parking lot since we went after Urgent Care had closed. They got us back into a Room immediately and staff was attentive. We needed a chest X-ray and they brought the X-ray machine into our room just minutes after the order was put in. I'm used to even the most basic ER visit turning into a several hour ordeal. I was so pleased with the attentive but quick care. I would say -- If you think there is a good possibility you will need to be admitted, I would not go to this ER "outpost" that isn't connected to a hospital. You would likely need to be transferred by ambulance to a hospital which could be added time and expense.

Very nice staff, can be a little confusing but the entrance to emergency is the same one you use for pharmacy.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of top-notch care I received today by the staff of the UCHealth Emergency Room. I went through security, checked in with a friendly receptionist around noon. As soon as I sat in a chair, I was called. Zero wait time, very unlike ERs where I used to live. I would like to specifically thank my team of Mel, Shelby, and Dr. Springfield. I arrived in physical and emotional shambles and left in one piece. I'm so appreciative. They answered any questions I had, checked in on me, always asking if I was warm enough or if I needed anything. I felt so cared for and safe. I hope I will not have to go back, but if I do, I know I will be in amazing hands. Thank you so much.

Phamacist: Large silver haired woman. She doesn't talk to customers. Has her staff lie and say they're filling your prescription. Then says they cant because of weird dosageThen has employee ask why such a drop. Share intimate personal things. All the sudden they CAN fill the script. Then they tell you your meds are ready. When I get home, find out the pharmacist gives me only a week, without telling me to my face. Sat around for 90 minutes. Could have just told me they needed to talk to the doctor. The truth. Don't fill your controlled substances here. She will decide when and how and if you get your meds. So dont do it. I then contacted her boss about the lying and making me wait unnecessarily asked me if I had a question then gaslightes me. Even though every other employee there is great and helpful and professional. This woman, her boss, and UC health don't care about your time or treatment. Just.control and money

Took my 15month old daughter to get her blood drawn. It was 3 young college looking girls that were all in the room. They were quick, polite and got a vein in the first poke. They distracted my daughter by turning on the cool black lights in the room. Although my daughter was crying and uncomfortable, I thought it went rather smooth and fast.
