So so rude and did a bad job!! Salon is dirty and the floor is covered in toenails clippings! They expected me to walk to the manicure booth barefoot. They also used used tools on me. How gross and ILLEGAL. Never again.

I've been coming here for a very long time. I didn't get my nails done for some time but I came back here once I started again. I now live in Longmont but make the commute as I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and I've been driving this far for 5+ years! Lily and Marco are great, the selection is huge and amazing and prices are great!

So first let me start off by saying I read a lot of their reviews and the owner always flags reviews that speak ill of her youngest daughter at some point you have to stop babying the situation and realizing that your daughter might be the problem. She has quite the attitude and is extremely rude to customers that has nothing to do with your business. That is her and you are letting her deal with your customers which is affecting your business and potential clientele. I did get my nails done by her. They didn't even last 3 days they were lifting and cracking and uneven. I have never had an employee talk so rudely disrespectful and down to me, on top of it she had such a giant attitude and was extremely rude to her sister, even taking products out of her sister's hand while her sister was doing nails I came back the following week and the father redid my nails. They were okay. They only lasted a week. This is a dip that I got with tips they were extremely busy but they did get me in. The pedicure that I got the week prior from a man was okay very limited callous removing and/or scrubbing. My feet were extremely rough when I went home. The toenail polish chipped that night. Unfortunately I will not go back to this place. Way too much money spent. And flat out honesty I never want to see your youngest daughter again in my life good luck.Services: Foot massages

As a man, it's becoming harder to find anywhere comfortable in Fort Collins. The moment I walked into U Got Nails I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable throughout the visit. The reason for my visit was to correct an ingrown toenail, 2 weeks later it still feels great!

I've been coming here for years and I'll never go anywhere else now. I've brought all my family and friends, including kids!, and now it is their only spot also. If you haven't tried dip nails, you should! Finally something that lasts for weeks. I am always getting compliments.

I went to U got nails thinking it was gonna be good. As soon as I got there they said I couldn't get the nails I wanted. I tried doing something similar and was able to get it. When the guy was shaving my nails he didn't shave them right, they look huge and not even my nail shape. I was showing him the picture and he WASNT even looking at it he was doing what he wanted. I was juss getting acrylics and he said they were $80 when they were supposed to be $55. he spent 2 hours on them and they still looked badd. I do not recommend going here service is super bad and didn't even welcome me in.

i don't recommend coming here, I thought it would of been a good place to get prom nails done and I didn't necessarily get what I wanted they made my nail to long and kept telling me don't do stuff so your nails won't fall off they also made us pay two hundred dollars 80 per person but on the board where they had all the prices they was no 80$ our nails was originally supposed to be 44-45$ but they made it more and mine were pretty basic so they should have been that much also they were very disrespectful and literally freestyled our nails without looking at the pictures I wanted.
