We had a great experience buying our new Niro at Fort Collins KIA and really appreciated working with Tom throughout the whole process. Everything went pretty smoothly and he took a great deal of time to walk our son through all the features of the car even after closing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom & Fort Collins KIA if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

I had a little hick up with deciding between 2 vehicles and they were so patient with me and I’m so thankful for that because I ended up with my dream car!

I took a leap of faith and I went to talk to Tony Sanchez about getting a car. I thought that I was going to have to get a used car, but he was able to work me into a 2023 Kia Rio with only 5 miles on it! I am very happy with Kia! Thank God!!!

Once upon a time, I bought a vehicle here. I was young and naive. I felt safe and thought I was being taken care of with the utmost respect.Unfortunately, I have a had a bad experience recently and can no longer in good faith recommend having your Kia serviced at this location.I only put two stars instead of one, because Leandra the service advisor is amazing and should have Joe Cross's position, and Rocky D. ,salesperson at the time, was amazing and very personable.I hope these two rise high and weed out the bad apples.When I brought my vehicle in for diagnostics on a minor wiring repair, which should have been less than $100 fix, I was declined for the small repair and full replacement was recommended costing a total of $2400.A week later after bringing it in, the parts they removed to diagnose the repair, had fallen off while on the highway. The service manager, Joe Cross, gave me the run around and all the excuses to cover up for his employee. Even said the Technician did not take the part off to look at the repair.Overall summary:Buyer beware! DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!

I worked with Tony to buy a brand new Seltos and let me tell you how stellar he was. I am going to be honest when I say I did NOT want to buy a car when I did. I was two months shy of finishing payments on a 2019 Hyundai Elantra GT when I was hit by someone who ran a red light in downtown Denver. I was devastated. It crushed me to see her hit but I was told initially she could be fixed, only for insurance to come back two weeks after sitting at the collision center and declare her totaled. Another awful blow. So here I am deciding on what to choose after losing a car I loved so much, and I didn’t think anything could top it.Welllll in comes Tony! After I walked into the Kia dealership yesterday, Tony quickly and efficiently helped me test drive the car I came to see, the Seltos EX and even let me leave to go test drive the Kona. After no one helped me at Hyundai Crossroads, my husband and I came back to Tony and worked with him on my purchase. I legitimately cannot be happier with my experience at Fort Collins Kia, my new Seltos, and with Tony. He smoothed over any worries I had about buying a new car and I cannot recommend him enough. Go see Tony!!

I bought a car from Fort Collins Kia from three states away. My local dealers do not have any inventory, could not order one to my specification, and wanted to charge me $7,000 - $10,000 of dealer adjustment over MSRP. Fort Collins Kia was upfront about ordering and price. The point person was JR, who was extremely helpful. I was told it could take 6 - 9 months, but the car showed up in 4 months. There was no dealer markup, with the exception of a anti-theft package that costed ~$500. They didn't even want any deposit, even though I had offered. I was obviously nervous about the transaction as everything was done over text, phone and email. But in the end, it was smooth and painless. They asked for my license and insurance. Then I had to sign all the documents with a notary. Once I wired the payment, they released the car to my transportation company. Two weeks after my car, I received all the documents necessary for title and registration in my home state. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends who want a hard to get Kia. It is still hard to believe how easy it was.

After basically searching for a needle in a hay stack, my wife and I had the pleasure of finding our dream car at Fort Collins Kia. My wife had exhausted every avenue in search of the Kia Telluride of her dreams, a specific model and trim package that she desired. Web searches, phone calls to Kia dealers within a 500-600 mile radius of our residence with no luck. A rare commodity that was only going to be reality if we ordered one and that could take 4-5 months to over a year to get one. During a visit to Fort Collins we stopped in to discover exactly what we were looking for and it wasn’t spoken for! We were greeted by Alex the salesman and that’s when our car buying experience began. With the help of Alex we experienced the most stress free and smoothest car buying experience we have had. The crew they have assembled there are some of the most friendly and caring people around. We never felt pressured during our experience and we felt comfortable and welcomed. We greatly appreciate Alex and the team for the incredible car buying experience!! We would give them tens stars if we could and we definitely will consider them again and recommend anyone to Fort Collins Kia. Thank you guys for the great experience!

We purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride from Fort Collins Kia with the great assistance of Rachel Braun. This has been the best experience in my life of purchasing a new vehicle. I cannot express enough the absolutely wonderful experience my wife and I had with Rachel. I would recommend Fort Collins Kia to anyone buying a new vehicle, and specially if Rachel Braun helps them. We flew from El Paso Texas to pick up our new Telluride and love it. We drove back home and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable trip. So I don't only again recommend Rachel Braun and Fort Collins Kia, but also the Kia Telluride as the best vehicle I ever purchased.Thank you again Rachel for being so wonderful to my wife and I and assisting us way beyond what any sales person would have done for us. I was looking for a hybrid and I came upon Fort Collins KIA when I heard about the Kia Sportage. Similarly to many hybrids nowadays, I knew I would be waiting for quite some time. Tom James was extremely helpful for someone who was buying a car for the first time! He was easy to communicate with, and always provided updates for the eta of the car. Once the car arrived, he made it a seamless process to pick up the car, as soon as possible, by starting all of my paperwork to conveniently work around my work schedule. When a small mark was seen on the car door, he immediately took action to ensure that it would be repaired. He even got me into a rental car, so I could still commute to and from work while my car was being repaired. He also took the time to explain ALL of the features of the car, something that can be daunting when just left with a driver’s manual. He is a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated person, who always made sure I was assisted, even when he was out of the office. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him to get my car!! I know if anything were to come up, I would be able to easily address it with the team at Fort Collins Kia to have it resolved immediately. Thank you again, Tom, and the rest of the team for all of your help throughout this process!

After meticulously searching cross country for a black Niro Ex Touring which my daughter wanted to have - none was available in Texas where my family lives, Fort Collins Kia had the vehicle at the BEST price. When I put in my inquiry, I was lucky enough to have Lance Reece as my sales consultant. He woke up early to come get me from the airport - more than one-hour driving distance, and was HONEST, PLEASANT, and STRAIGHTFORWARD during the entire process. I also had the pleasure of working with Rocky in finance. He made the process easy and extremely transparent.If you are looking for a new vehicle, I would recommend Lance and Rocky WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION. On the way back to Texas, the double rainbows in Colorado said goodbye to me. It was such an exceptional experience with me in purchasing and picking up a new car from Lance at Fort Collins Kia.

Buying a car can be a very stressful experience. We worked with Jason and he made it the opposite of that. He made us feel welcome and seemed to really want to get us into the car we wanted. It was a much quicker and easier experience than I have had at any other car dealership. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Jason if you can get him!
