“This Enterprise is amazing. They know the value of good customer service. Andrew V helped us tremendously. After the mixup at the other enterprise location, Andrew was able to give us a car immediately. A very nice Buick. Kris drove to pick us up at the dealership. Kris also is a wonderful guy. So polite and friendly.Returning the car I neglected to call Andrew I was returning the car. He reminded me I should have called as he didn't have anyone to take us back to get our car. Andrew found someone to take us to our car. Vinny drove us back. Nice young man as well.Overall one of the best experiences I have had with a rental car place! Please us this place for your next rental, I highly recommend. They are busy so never forget to call them lol”

“I wI want in into store with not allot of money hoping I could cover it I ended up scraping up just enough. till I needed 100 deposit. I knew I had nothing more to give didn't know what would happend , hoping I could find the means . to my avail the gentleman did a huge kind gesture and payed for it saying he understand and sympathatized with us and i honestly don't know what else I could have done without that angel that works their I hope evreything goes well to you kind sir. “This is the second time within a month I have used Pinedog Automotive for my U-Haul Rental. Don't allow the locked gate to intimidate you. I pulled up and walked to the gate and someone immediately came and opened it ready to serve. A different individual assisted me each time and I had the same experience . . . very friendly and ready to answer all my questions. I highly recommend.”

“Recent change in management created some confusion but Anthony did a great job making sense of the chaos and a fantastic job installing a tow hitch + wiring on my Toyota RAV4. I would definitely recommend this location. While I waited for my hitch to be installed I saw the entire staff working hard to satisfy every customer that walked through the door. “Google is terrible about updating hours for businesses and they take over a month to do so, this location's days and hours of operations are Monday / Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.The rest of the days are going to be 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 and we will open back up at 1:00 p.m. and close at 7:30 p.m.If you happen to show up Late for your scheduled reservation, you either will be rescheduled, or placed on self checkout.This location will not start the dispatch process 15 minutes before lunch, or 15 minutes before closing time.”
