Amy Kilber has been an incredible! I contacted her a few years ago when I was in really rough shape due to a severe health crisis, treatments that left me unable to think, and a variety of other difficult life circumstances. Lisa and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. They have done an excellent job with helping us select Medicare insurance plans for Part B medical, Part D prescription, dental and vision. As an example, they notified us ahead of the yearly enrollment period that our Part D prescription drug plan was tripling in price for next year, and helped us find a new plan that covered our needs at a lower cost than our old plan. They are getting ahead of plan changes and looking out for our best interests, and I appreciate that.

12/1/2021- The Trozan Insurance's new staff are rude and dismissive. It is very difficult to talk to an agent...I still have not received a call back after 4+ weeks and a couple of calls to make sure that I was on the call back list. I wanted to change my Medicare supplemental plan, which is time sensitive, and called in October to make the appointment. I have used Trozan for the last 6 years and was pleased. Obviously, now, I have gone elsewhere. The original owners were excellent, timely and very kind. It is unfortunate that they have gone. I do not recommend this company anymore.

I'm retiring and it was time to get a Medicare supplement. Trozan Insurance was recommended to us by a neighbor. We have not been disappointed. They are easy to work with, they take time to answer all your questions, and they are very professional. Most of all, they know all the ends and outs of Medicare and the different supplements, which made us feel very relieved. I highly recommend working with Trozan, and the people in the office, are great! Lisa is wonderful.

After many years living in the same location with the same health insurance company my spouse and I decided to move permanently to our second residence in Colorado. Little did we know how terribly complex and confusing the process of acquiring health insurance would be. We all know the government tells us they are providing health insurance for all but based on our experiences, anyone with less than a PHD in working with insurance companies would never be able to get this done.
