Great experience at Trek Fort Collins. I’ve recently got a trail bike from Trek, and everyone there were kind and attentive to all my questions. One of the mechanics also helped me check the derraileur and chain on my road bike too. Súper nice experience, totally recommended if you are in the area. The store has good stock on parts and apparel too.

Michael had good knowledge of what we were looking for, what kind of riding we do, etc. and what Trek had to offer to fill our need. Was friendly and attentive without hovering. Great to work with.

We bought three bikes in the last three weeks as we reloceted here from Florida. We were able to try them before purchasing and a technician fit them to our body size. Everybody was helpful and knowledgeable. A really good experience.

Devon, Jose, Matt, Michael, Chris and (before he left for the Loveland store) Alex are all awesome. I have rarely experienced such a high level of customer service in my lifetime, and never as consistently as with a folks at the Trek Fort Collins store. This is my shop and these are my people. I can't recommend them enough!

Super friendly staff, great bike inventory, prompt service, zero pretension, and reasonable prices compared to many other shops I stopped at after moving from Denver. Trek Ft Collins is now my "go-to" in the area.

The sales staff was very helpful and friendly, and at no time did I feel pressured.I was able to try several bikes while I awaited another non-Trek bike's service, and ended up buying a nice CF mountain bike with electric shifters. I went to this shop because they were one of the few open on Sunday, and while I did not expect to get a new bike, I was hooked after some test rides, and knowing that a large full-service shop is open on weekends gives me peace of mind about future service.

I recently visited the Trek Ft. Collins shop while on a trip, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to the Store Manager, Devon Pia. I had to reassemble my bike upon arrival, and I wasn’t sure I could do a particular step myself. Devon dropped everything to help me, fit me in right away, and even showed me how to do it myself for the future, printing out a diagram from the manual and talking me through it. He even topped up my sealant, adjusted my rear derailleur, and essentially made sure I was good to go. This level of service and kindness speaks volumes about Trek as a brand. Thank you, Devon, for making my trip!

We were recommended to the store by a friend who rides a lot. My wife and I went in for about twenty minutes, and were not spoken to by an employee the entire time. Very disappointing.
