I don’t think this place deserves one star, the lady on the phone is so rude cussing and screaming don’t know how this place is still doing business. Take your car any where else!!!!!

Receptionist was extremely rude, called just about an inquiry and she was extremely out of context with how she spoke. I wouldn’t go there just for her attitude alone. I can only imagine the mechanics attitude if that’s the kind of service you get with the front. It’s a shame people have such poor, ill manners.

Best mechanic I've ever worked with!!!! Extremely thorough and very friendly. I had my car towed to his shop late and he worked on it til it was fixed after hours. Absolute legend. I've never worked with such a detail oriented mechanic. He hunted down the issue that'd been underlying for a year and found it. The other mechanics I'd taken my car to couldn't figure it out or didn't know enough or want to try as hard to solve it- not Tim!! He also explains everything he found, worked on, and recommends for the future and has impressively reasonable prices. Just an all around remarkable experience. I live in Boulder, but I'll be driving an hour back to Fort Collins for any future work I need on my car.

Tim and his wife Diana rescued me after I’d spent 3.5 hours on the side of the freeway (epic AAA roadside assistance fail). I finally got towed to a gas station and Diana happened to be there. She overheard the trouble I was having and came over to help. This was 7:30 on a Friday night and I’m pretty sure Diana had better things to do than rescue a stranger. She called Tim and together they solved my issue. After all those hours on the side of I-25, by myself with no food or water in 90+ degree heat and no help, I was a bit of a mess. To encounter two kind, generous, selfless and knowledgeable people at that point was a miracle of sorts. These are good, honest people. I live in Westminster and will be taking my truck to them forever more. Tim knows his stuff. This wasn’t an easy problem to solve and both he and Diana used all the resources they could to solve the problem. I’m certain they’re not the cheapest option, but as far as knowledge and kindness go, they are two in a million. Thank you, Diana and Tim!

I took my car to three other mechanics before I ended up at Tim's, he was the one who was able to diagnose the sound has been making for 6 months and get it running again. I definitely recommend going in to see him if you're having any issues.

Tim is the best mechanic in town - its only place I haven't felt like I'm being screwed over left and right. Tim is a great guy and extremely knowledgable.

paid $585.00 to find out he doesn't know how to get my car to pass emissions, told me to go to Air care Colorado ,which does free evaluations ! worthless,
