I am amazed at this clinic. Every single person I have worked with has been friendly, intelligent and helpul. Drs. Burgwin and Duran listened, spent extra time with me and are excellent clinicians. I am relived to have found this practice in a time where health care is becoming corportatized and failing. Thank you all!

I am shocked at how rude the person who was supposed to be helping me was, actually hung up on me, I assumed we were accidentally cut off but when I called back her response was "I did it." A very rude, impatient attitude. No apology for an abruptly ended call, just "I did it." Also would not explain where I would see the info I was asking for and obviously did not care if I found the follow up care I was asking for.

I want to start by saying that the doctors I saw here at this facility, were all amazing. For me, having a good doctor was crucial. I will admit that I had some financial difficulties throughout Covid and a little after. Both my spouse and I were employed by the district, and our financial situation was challenging at times we both got paid monthly. It was really hard for me during COVID since I lost both my parents during that time. My husband and I had to take on the responsibility of providing for our niece and nephew because my parents took care of them. I tried my best to make my payments on time. Why? Because having a good doctor was crucial to me and that’s the right thing to do. However, working with Jolie the woman in the billing department was extremely challenging she was not friendly at all. About a year ago one of my bills went to collections the only time and the only time she was decently nice was when she was explaining to me if I pay my bill off in collections, I will be able to come back as a patient. So of course I made two payments and paid it off and what did she say? Absolutely not. I cannot return. I ignored her terrible rudeness at the time and went on. A year ago today, I made a follow-up call to inquire about the timeline or if there was a way for me to be able to return as a patient. I figured financially now that we’re doing so much better. Well she picked up the phone, she did not say hello. She started basically yelling at me and telling me she already told me that I am not able to return to this facility and then she hung up on me. I have never been treated with such hatred and anger the way she treated me. She talked to me like this was so personal to her. My heart fell to the floor. Honestly, she needs to treat people with respect and understand people go through trials and hardships. That lady has zero professionalism she is extremely mean. The way she spoke to me with so much hatred.

Two generations of my family have come to this clinic for decades. I don't think there is a better endorsement than that. They are personable, nice, and they actually do care. I like the personal touch.

I am a retired nurse and I was referred to this practice by a local Fort Collins nurse. My family and I have not been disappointed. Dr. Christine Duran and her husband Matt have been available, approachable and professional in all ways.

One of the best places I have ever been. The office is friendly and really helpful getting things scheduled in other offices. The notes that they keep and update in the UC health app Is on point. Everyone I have been to is so throw and really listens and explains everything so you understand. They are willing to go above and beyond for your health.

I had my first visit today and I had a wonderful experience with the nurse and nurse practitioner. They were kind, patient, and supportive and took time to listen to my needs and find solutions. I will definitely continue to visit this clinic!
