Had a rather large number of choices. The lady there was very helpful and personable. My friend was able to put the gas stove she wanted on layaway. They deliver and will take away your old appliance for a reasonable fee but they don't do hookups.

The Appliance Store delivered a new refrigerator that keeps my food perfectly cool. It's roomy, energy-efficient, and incredibly easy to organize because to the adjustable shelves. An amazing complement to my kitchen!!

Athena and her husband were friendly,helpful when I needed to replace our washing machine a couple months ago. Needed to replace our garage fridge this time and the gal that helped us this time was also helpful, practical, answered our questions, and set us up quickly.

We bought a refrigerator here and for the most part it’s great. The ice machine is very temperamental after they told me it worked fine. Delivery was fast.

I bought a fridge from them. While it was still under their warranty it went out and they came out to "fix"it. Then it went out and again and they had to come out and I waited for the part and them to "fix" it leaving it MUCH louder. The lady could hear the fridge over the phone when I called about it not cooling and now being very loud. I've called several times about it. Now they won't call me back to fix it. I'm out a fridge and the money I paid. I trusted them to at least fix things. Go elsewhere.

Not worth it at all. Beware the warranty and service is a joke. The folks working there are nice enough but their business practices seem to prey on low income people. Better to spend an extra $2-300 and get a dent/scratch from Home Depot. See photo for fine print.Bought their newest model washer and dryer end of November. By Christmas it stopped working and was giving error codes. Called and left messages 4x and didn’t get a call back until well over a week after the last message. Finally Jan 4th service came out and needed to order a new valve. Never heard back so I called a week later. Said they’d check the parts place and call back. 10 days later still haven’t heard from them so I called again. Service wasn’t in, go figure. Called again 4 days later and the number wouldn’t even go through (“Wireless customer you called is not available at this time please try your call again later. Announcement 1”).It’s now been a month of doing laundry at the laundromat so I ordered the part myself for $100, arrived in 3 days and installed in 15min. Shady and shameful business practices.Total cost of washer and dryer + cost of the part and laundromat (not including time wasted at laundromat) is more than buying new from Home Depot.*edited to remove duplicate image uploads

I am very pleased we found this place, definitely a gem for a landlord or anyone else looking for a nice deal. We have worked with them several times and now just call our orders in. I love supporting a local small business too.
