Has such an amazing experience yesterday at this location near the mall. Jenni was exceptional, helpful, patient and provided such outstanding customer service. The entire staff in the store was friendly and helpful. This was the third cell phone store I visited that day. The first T mobile store was awful, as was Best buy. And then I walked into this store and was blown away. Jenni was willing to listen and solve problems, instead of being dismissive which is what happened at other stores that morning. The entire team was collaborative and helpful with other customers, it was so refreshing and I wish I would have been able to capture each person's name. I was ready to leave t mobile service and the support provided by Jenni and her peers made me stay a t-mobile customer. T-mobile leadership, this team is exceptional! Thank you, Jenni!!

?Sometimes you just need some personalized service to find answers about your plan and products...instead I was turned away to use the app and find the answers on my own . Oh well I guess ? there's no point on going to a physical store anymore if that's the kind of service is provided

I went it to pick up our phones from an online upgrade. Brandon helped and after talking he helped cancel our online order and purchase in-store for a more cost effective purchase. He was very friendly and helpful during the process even cracking some jokes as well. Thank you Brandon for all of your help!

9/8/23 update. I went back to this store again, and they were even nicer than the last time. I can't say enough good things about the people in this store. they should give seminars on how to treat people and what customer service is really like. I thought maybe my last visit was just a one in a time occasion, but they're like this all the time! My hat's off to these people!these people at this store are over the top as far as patience, friendliness, and professionalism. I went in there a nervous wreck because I thought I had lost my phone service, and they fixed everything. a special call out to Gabi (hopefully the spelling is right) for going above and beyond!

Gabe is fantastic!!He has helped us with so many different things he makes us want to stay in the store and upgrade ? he is so helpful and personable and knowledgeable, music is good and store is clean.

The customer service was excellent, I had a few issues with my phone and Gabe kept trying everything until he figured it out, all with a smile and a chuckle, nothing got him down! Highly recommend this store, Gabe and all of the employees were handling customers with top notch customer service!

I was getting prepaid service through T Mobile for $50. I went into the store looking for internet. They told me internet was $55 a month, but if I switched my plan to this new post pay plan, which was $75 a month, then I would get a $20 discount on my the internet. So it would be a wash. Meaning I would be paying about $100 after taxes. I just got my first bill. And i'm paying $130 a month. So in fact i'm paying $95 a month for my phone service now. They lied and when I tried to get them to the error, they said there was nothing they could do. Thanks Tav! You got me good bud!

Great service as well as knowledgeability from Brandon who was the smartest guy in the room..We had issues setting up and he took care of everything, which was a lot. It required going the wxtra mile. He handled this very well.
