A total rip off they are keeping half my deposit because I did not give a 30 day notice to vacate. Low class, not real secure. They told me to come back tomorrow for the refund of the half of my deposit they will refund. I bet they come up with a reason why they will keep that too. Wonder if the Bbb knows about them way they do business ? Not happy with this dump at all , I would suggest going someplace else. Lots of secure storage units beside this one.

They kept my deposit because I forgot one thing and didn't sweep out the dust that had accumulated over two years.

The Swenson Family has operated this Storage Facility with Great Integrity and with compassion. Generally people that utilize storage units live in apartments that have very little storage areas for belongings. We understand that at times people have emergencies and are have finance situations that put them behind the eight ball. The Swenson family could of closed up are unit and sold off our belongings when my daughter committed suicide. They helped us through the toughest time of our lives and we were able to save treasured memories of our family and daughter. Thank You Dennis Swenson, Ron Knight
