I was having difficulty getting a pair of broken Oakleys covered by the protection plan I bought with them. The manager (I forgot his name) was extremely helpful and courteous, keeping in touch with me very professionally during the several weeks I waited. He did his research into how to get my glasses covered, and got me hooked up! His associates also were all very helpful and easygoing. One of the only good experiences I have ever had with trying to get a item covered under warranty. Thank you all. The store also has a great selection and is kept up very well.

I have never been to sunglass hut before, so I was nervous to go in, not knowing exactly what I was looking for style wise. Miranda was very helpful and suggested a few brands for me to try. She was very kind and helped me choose which ones fit my face and what lenses I was into. We both agreed a blk pair of Raybans were just what I needed, and I couldn't of agreed more! I hope she gets a good commission there!
4/5 stars due to lack of sunglass options in this particular store.

Great service and knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of sunglasses here 2 years ago and recently had minor damage to one of the brackets. I brought them in to see if any adjustments could be made, Q was extremely helpful and was able to adjust the bracket back and bring them to new condition. Thank you Q.

Lots of unique pairs I did not see online, including violet polarized lens and custom frames, definitely worth stopping in to peep some shades ? if you happen to stop in talk to Kayla if you want expert advice.

Sarah was helpful when it came to helping me choose a new pair of sunglasses. Appreciated her input and it helped me get something outside of my comfort zone, but now I love the pair I got. So thankful Sarah was so supportive and helpful!

The customer service here was amazing! I wandered in but didn't quite find the exact Ray-Bans I was looking for. Kayla mentioned that I could customize a pair online, which I didn't realize was even possible. She took the time to help me pick the best frame size for my face, then helped me customize the color of frames and lenses online - super easy and quick. The glasses were delivered fast and were exactly what I was wanting, but I still needed them adjusted/fitted for my face. Since I live out of town, I had two local vision centers try to make the adjustment, but neither place could get it right. When I went back to Fort Collins, Kayla quickly identified the issue and adjusted them perfectly. She was so friendly and helpful through the whole buying process that I will make the hour drive to go back and see her for future purchases. Love the service here!

Store closes at 8 on 4/15/23, walked in at 7:30 as the employee immediately stood up to rudely tell us she was closing in 10 minutes.

I came in to look around and thought i knew what i wanted but after speaking to the manager Jaron i learned so much more and feel like i got the right pair after the right education without being pressured into anything, etc. Highly recommend this location because of him.

Good place to try on glasses. The employee was really unhelpful and kind of rude at first, but after my wife forced some conversation out of her she finally warmed up.
