Left bleached patchy spots in my hair and originally offered a full refund. They backed out last minute and did nothing to fix it unfortunately. Wish I never came in, my hair is now ruined.

I saw Shiyan and I could not be happier with my experience. I was warmly greeted by the entire staff as soon as I walked in. I have never had my hair dyed before and Shiyan took such care in making sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted. From start to finish, she checked in on me to make sure my experience was amazing. I am so beyond pleased with the result of my hair and I will ABSOLUTELY be back to visit Shiyan and will be recommending her to all of my friends!!!

Usually I don’t do reviews but my hairstylist Madelyn and the receptionist (I think her name was Shay?) were so nice and did such an amazing job!! Lovely experience overall :)

Absolutely love this place! I got a haircut done by Shiyan and I could not be happier with the results! The whole experience was luxury and relaxing, from the receptionist to the stylists every one was kind and welcoming! I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the bathhouse and Shiyan gives the best head massage! I could not recommend this salon enough.

They did a great job with my haircut! The stylist was very friendly. She talked about how wonderfully the company treats the employees! The company kind of likes to up-charge by adding treatments that may not be necessary but instead add to the “spa day” feel.

This is the salon to go to in the Fort Collins area! I absolutely love coming here! From the moment I step into the salon, I feel like a valued customer and treated with the best customer service. I see Chelsea, who is absolutely amazing with blonding, coloring, and styling. My hair always looks fantastic! She takes the time to listen and goes the extra mile to ensure I am happy with the results. I also love they have hair treatments and massage you can add to your service to feel even more pampered.Truly the best salon experience I've ever had!

My hairdresser was over 10 minutes late to my set appointment, while I was waiting the receptionist offered me a drink and I requested hot tea, which I never got. In the washroom, the music kept skipping making for a very unpleasant experience. My complimentary scalp massage didn't even last a full minute. My stylist didn't even style my hair as requested, I wanted beach waves, and she rushed my time by only using a blow dryer to style, even when I asked for a curling iron to be used. I've been coming to Studio B for over 13 years, and this was the worst experience I've had. The quality has plummeted and I don't know if I will be scheduling another haircut.

Met with Chelsea today for the first time and I am so happy I trusted her with my hair! She took the time to talk through all the options for the look I was going for and I felt comfortable that we were on the same page. I never felt rushed and received an amazing washroom treatment and massage. Her hair cutting skills impressed me! I ended up with a beautiful haircut and style- just like what I had asked for and that helped me feel refreshed and beautiful. I am looking forward to my upcoming color appointment with her! Thanks Chelsea, you’re amazing!!?
