I stopped shopping at Staples (where I bought all of my office supplies for my small business) when they discriminated against special needs High School students, and told them to leave. Not cool. I went into the store and asked for help to print a business card. Jack would not even look at me. The young kid, took his time and helped me. The following morning I had to complete an additional business card. I wanted to make sure I used the thicker paper. I called the store, Jack answered, and told me that is not his job and to call customer support. I said, I just need to know how to select the paper weight, like the cards I had purchased the previous day. Sorry call corporate, that's not my job I then called Staples on Camelback Rd in Scottsdale Arizona, where my colleague would be picking up his business cards. The print center happily answered my call, talked me through where to find the paper weight, it's the last prompt, after you have approved your design. She apologized for the way I was treated, and said she had no idea why someone in the print center would not help with a print job. I will use Staples in AZ but 2 strikes at the Fort Collins Colorado store is too many.

This is your typical Staples, and that is a good thing and that you expect Staples to have, they have it. The store was very well maintained and clean. All the products were easy to see in the store was very well lit. They also had some good clearance items and sales as well.

Amazing customer service! Johnathan is very helpful, picked up the phone as soon as I called and let me know he can help me laminate my documents needed in the morning. He was very quick and very kind. Thank you!

I ordered paper from here and when it came it was totally beat up. I was in a crunch with our publication going out so had to use what was usable but they wanted it all returned if I was to get a refund or exchange. This is not the first time it's happened and so I guess shame on me for ordering again. I will no longer use Staples.

Do NOT use this location as your iPostal1 mailbox! I’ve only had 2 packages shipped there so far and regret it immensely! The first package was received there 9/7 and not found until 9/14. I had Fed Ex tracking it’s whereabouts and even begged the store employees to check their warehouse. They treated me like a nuisance. We are now waiting for them to acknowledge the second package they received 4 days ago so we can pick it up before leaving town so they don’t charge us for holding it! This location should NEVER be allowed to handle mail for anyone.

Garrett T is a great representative for Staples. When I went in this afternoon, he was busy with something else, but he stopped immediately and helped me. He was very polite and did a great job with my project. I also heard him with other customers, and he showed the same kindness to them.

Went into store and asked gentleman near register about mobile printers. Real smart a** guy said what do you mean like one that fits in your pocket. I said no of course not. Like the ones on Staples website. Nice lady that also works there and heard my question, and answered very nicely, no sir sorry we don't carry those in store.

Jonathan at the Staples in Fort Collins! You better keep him around, Staples! He is awesome! Knowledgeable and kind! I worked with him in the store(Corbett/Harmony) and he was so helpful and patient and made sure I was getting the best product(which was baby shower stuff so not too exciting I’m sure!)! I don’t like writing poor reviews but this staples has really fallen off. Every time I go there they don’t have what I need and the staff, I hate to say it, is less than desirable to work with. The final straw was awhile back I bought an office chair, the salesmen at the front desk was trying to push an offer they were running that if you purchased this in store warranty, all you have to do is bring the chair back, show them the warranty and they would give you a new chair if yours was broken. He literally said “you can bring back and torn up shell of a chair and we will give you a new one”. Well I brought the chair back, showed them the receipt of the warranty and the guy at the front desk couldn’t be bothered by me, even though there was like 3 people in the store. He treated me poorly and tossed me a pamphlet for a phone number to call for warranty’s on computers.I don’t mind that either the first person who sold me a fake warranty was wrong or the guy tossing me a computer pamphlet was wrong, the most difficult part was the guy treated me poorly and didn’t have the time of day for me. A trend that, sadly, I’m starting to see happen here often. Save yourself some time and get your office supplies elsewhere.

I have been printing a calendar with staples every month for the past two years for a nursing home for my activities department and it always costs me $13 and today the manager called me and told me I could no longer print it for $12 that it would now be $60. He was short and rude .Printed the same thing at Office Depot for $12 .. guess I will start priming there every month instead

I love this particular Staples store. Every time I exit the sliding glass doors invariably I’m greeted with a cheery hello from one of the employees. It’s easy to find help while shopping. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure all my questions are answered about new products as well as other items on the floor. Parking is always available.

I desperately needed a lock for a storage unit as I'm driving cross country tomorrow morning and low and behold, the store closed at least 15 minutes early. I get wanting to close ASAP to go home, but not cool.
