We used the dog boarding facilities here and I would highly recommend. They helped us out last minute when our previous sitter canceled and they were very sweet with our Boxer. Will certainly use again!

I have used South Mesa for multiple dogs over multiple lifetimes. Regardless of the vet on call or current irritation of staff, I have always had a wonderful experience - even when the news was hard. The staff is kind, flexible and patient. They don’t shame you if you, they gently educate you. And they love the animals dearly.

I just had the worst experience at South Mesa after being a customer of theirs for 16 years. Our dog was sick and had blood work done on Friday. After multiple calls and emails asking for the results of her labs we have had absolutely zero communication from them. I have called and asked for the results 3 times and was told the Dr will call you back! I still have not received a call or reply to any emails. Now it’s time to find a new vet! Sad to see this vet turn into a money grabbing operation!!

My dog had a bad experience with a vet in the past and has been scared of vets ever since. The staff at South Mesa are so gentle and caring, it was the first time my boy felt comfortable and happy to be there. They are great with animals and also very transparent and helpful with explaining his needs.

Needed an emergency euthanasia for a severely wounded gecko and they immediately got me in and helped her to pass easily. Very kind and understanding staff and very fair pricing.

I've been bringing my bulldogs, both English and French, to South Mesa since 1998. Their doctors and staff may have changed over the years, but their care, compassion and knowledge have not. I always know that my bullies will receive wonderful treatment.

All staff at South Mesa are extremely polite, caring, and compassionate. My pup’s doc is Dr. Mooney, and she is an amazing, resourceful woman who genuinely cares about your pet’s wellbeing and treatment.
I highly suggest taking your pup/pet in for friendly visits as well. The staff and Veterinarians are always delighted when we stop by, and it has helped our four legged friend desensitize greatly.

I’ve been visiting this clinic with my cat for 11 years. They have always been kind, treating my cat with respect. Also they are very knowledgeable and kind to me to help me be a good cat mom. Highly recommend this place, fair pricing too.

South Mesa has been taking care of my Jake for pretty much all of his life. They all are awesome. They will do the best for your pet to.

Absolutely love this vet's office. Everyone is so personable and helpful! I love my pets' doctor! Don't want to mention her bc she might not have appointments for us LOL Dr. Mooney is our doc. She will have to keep space on her calendar for us now. We moved 30 mins away, but I do not care. I would drive an hour if I had to do so

They did a great job taking care of my cat and killing his fleas. It was hard to find a place that grooms cats, let alone gives flea baths. He seems happier and even has a spring in his steps. It wasn’t crazy expensive either unlike the other vet visits he’s had at other clinics. Bring your kitties here if they need some pest control done on their coats.

I been taking my dog here since he was 8weeks old, he’s 5 now , hands down best experience we’ve had for pet parents and for our fur baby , super comfortable and professional, i wouldn’t go anywhere else , 11/10!! Definitely recommended!! Super friendly staff, happy atmosphere, always clean, best vet we’ve ever been to
