I recently purchased my second pair of Skechers, these were go walk outdoors. I neglected to check the string loops. They're still enclosed making it an arthritic pain just to lace up. I returned them, no more.

Had a very great experience with this store yesterday. I had tried more than 10 pairs of shoes and no one stopped me. Instead, Mosies, the associate was very helpful and demonstrated a welcoming attitude, took initiative to come ask if he could of any help, he helped me to look up relevant information on the store website.When I came across some issues with the membership, Sean M, the assistant manager was very professional and helpful in answering my questions as well.I am impressed with their good attitude. It’s totally different from what was mentioned on the website before.

I walked around the whole store and there were 3 employees doing nothing, Not one of them asked if I needed anything. No customer service here

I had never really thought of shopping here before but since I was driving by I thought I'd give it a chance. I needed some additional help and the manager of this location was incredible. I needed both, dress shoes and gym shoes, and I found both here. That's better luck than at a lot of other stores I've experienced in my life.

The staff were really rad and I was able to return and replace a pair of sneakers really easily with no consequences which was really nice. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is for the size selection. I know, obviously, you can't have every size but for a common size like men's 10 they ran extremely dry.

Monday 7/17/23 about 1:45pm had 5-6 customers in store and had to listen to two employees talk and talk, then wait and felt like I was interrupting them. Then when they made time one of them could not get off of her cell phone to look up inventory requested. Please add some professional training. Also training for coupons, as we had to instruct them and show a couple of times the coupons that were available to us. We were asked to go closer to the window to get cell service, when it was not needed (only our phone# was needed like we said before). Most frustrating was the cell phone use and continuous chatting when customers were needing help, new ones came in the door with no offer.....So just count on helping yourself.

Although there seems to be a good selection of shoes, there is also a shortage of size 11…the most common size for men. After reading more reviews on this site, I am not the only one who has complained about this problem. It seems that someone would change the ordering point for size 11 so they could sell more shoes.

Both employees were absolutely wonderful, great selection, very clean store and restroom. We drove from Cheyenne and will definitely be back.
