I ordered some tennis shoes online and they arrived very small and I went to this store to see if they could exchange them for larger ones and the clerk didn't want to and they were from their store... They don't like serving Latinos.

Had acpair of shoes, 2 months old, they squeaked when I walk in them. Asked at two other skecher store if I could return them for the same shoe and they said certainly but didn't have my size. So, I took them to the Ft. Collins store and was told they wouldn't exchange them.

I recently purchased my second pair of Skechers, these were go walk outdoors. I neglected to check the string loops. They're still enclosed making it an arthritic pain just to lace up. I returned them, no more.

Had a very great experience with this store yesterday. I had tried more than 10 pairs of shoes and no one stopped me. Instead, Mosies, the associate was very helpful and demonstrated a welcoming attitude, took initiative to come ask if he could of any help, he helped me to look up relevant information on the store website.When I came across some issues with the membership, Sean M, the assistant manager was very professional and helpful in answering my questions as well.I am impressed with their good attitude. It’s totally different from what was mentioned on the website before.
