I had a sign made online through another company and silly me, didn’t check my spelling before approving the proof. I was bummed when I received it and one word was missing the last letter. I called a couple local sign makers in the area and they either wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to correct the small error or told me they wouldn’t do it at all. I called Signs by Tomorrow and the gal enthusiastically said, “Oh yeah, bring it on in and I’ll look at it.” I brought it to Shawna that same day and she added the letter right then and there, in less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy. It was the exact color and size. I tried to pay her for my little letter addition and she said it was on the house. I was elated! She knew I WAY overpaid for the original and despite my insistent offering, I walked out with a fixed sign and a restoration in humanity. I can’t believe there’s still service like this in the area, especially after 20 years. Thank you Shawna!! I would give you 10 stars if I could!!

I tried to buy some dimenstional lettering from this company. They strung me out for three weeks, then just started ignoring my phone calls and e-mails. Avoid this company like the plague, their customer service is abysmal and her name is Tara. I would give them zero stars if I could.
