Well organized, clean counter spaces, very clean glass in the entryway. Not as many employees as I am used to seeing. That said, everyone was attentive, and we had no problem finding great prices on some incredible jackets, backpacks, and fashionable backpack luggage from the great brand Osprey.

Purchased Keen hiking shoes. On the first time wearing them, the top eyelet broke off. Tried to return them 20 days after purchase and they refused to help me. It is not my fault the product was defective! But since the shoes were not in sellable condition, they would not refund me!Terrible customer service

Been coming here for years but I didn't like the fact the young male cashier assumed I didn't speak English and started talking to me like I was a baby trying to sign me up for a credit card. After refusing twice using clear English he finally got the hint that he was being rude but still continued with his credit card rambling. Just take no as an answer next time please.

Mona the apparel manager was insanely rude. I was talking with a cashier about exchanging an item that ripped the first time I wore it and she was extremely understanding. Then Mona swooped in and immediately shut me down said nope and talked to me like like I was a child. She said I shouldn't be returning something I've worn and washed and worn and washed and I said I got it for my birthday wore it once and it ripped and she basically laughed in my face. She then proceeded to count on her fingers at me how long it's been since they had that jacket in stock. Which was literally Christmas time not the dramatic amount of months she counted too. How insanely unprofessional and demeaning. I was a retail manager for years and I would fire any of my employees who talked to a customer that way. Now I'm stuck with a jacket that is ripped, which she also had the audacity to say I can probably go pay to have it fixed. Just completely ridiculous. I plan to report her to corporate as well but she should be written up in her at the least. The annoying part too is if she had just said sorry we can't do anything I would have said ok that's fine I get it like I said I worked in retail as a manager for literally 10 years and people try to return the most insane things but she immediately jumped down my throat before she even knew the situation. I don't know what her problem is but she clearly isn't doing great and from other reviews I see about the same women doing the same thing she's clearly on a power trip.

Horrible business with rude and unfriendly staff. The entire design of how Sierra operates somehow finds a way to be overpriced and useless. Don't waste your time and just go to actual retailers or Amazon as this business and/or this store is especially not worth supporting.

Sierra has some really great deals if you have some time to look. Some of the sizing is a little off, but they have a dressing room.

The employees are rude. They don’t take the security tags off the items you purchase. Then when you come back to get the security tags taken off, they treat you like a thief. I’m sorry what? It’s not my fault you didn’t do YOUR job.Thankfully I still had my receipt and was able to prove I purchased the items but it was very unpleasant— especially considering it’s their fault. Then while I’m at the register the lady ahead of me walks out and the doors start beeping because the employee forgot to take off HER security tags too. These people need to learn to complete their job responsibilities and not inconvenience customers and then treat them badly because of it.
