“Great store, a good variety of their name brand outdoor apparel. Had a good sale when I was there, I got boots that are so comfy along with other winter gear. I suggest parking in the lot behind the store near Panera, ample parking is available and there is a walkway between the Library and Panera that you can walk thru and then turn left and the Columbia store is right there. Parking in front is on a busy thru street and can be tricky. I highly recommend this store, I will definitely be back!”
“Yall don't answer your phones. There's no excuses when your with a customer. I'm beyond pissed off right now. I call 8 times in a row no one answered. This is unbelievable for a store to be open with no one answering the phones.
Update: The reached out and went above and beyond to fix my shoe. They are a very good company. If you want customer service experts who are willing to stand by there name this is your place!!”

“To me, one of the best ways to evaluate a company is how they deal with problems. I recently purchased a trailer and after about six weeks I noticed, for the first time, that there was some damage. I took the trailer in and explained the situation. Within a few minutes, Julie the manager, met with me and agreed that the damage was likely to have been there when I bought the trailer. She told me that she would contact the companies representative and get back to me. Before I even got home, she called me and asked me to bring the trailer back so that they could replace the part. Just great service!”

Stopped in again today and Melissa was so helpful in finding a pair of jeans I felt confident in and gave a few tip on how to style the jeans in different seasons. “While we didn't find what we were looking for this time around, we have come here a few times in the past and have been able to find shoes that my daughter was happy with. This time the styles they had in stock just did not jive with what she was hoping for. The store is clean and laid out nicely. They do have a good selection of shoes to look at. The staff was friendly and helpful. we will be back! but probably not until next year when we are looking for shoes for school again!”

“I tried returning a pair of shoes and they said it was gonna be instantly, I tried pumping gas after i left and it didn’t work so I went back and they were kinda helpful but I just noticed I got two credits for one purchase. I would suggest retraining staff in return procedures so it doesn’t happen again.”
