I had great customer service on my latest visit. They updated all of my contact information, got me exactly the paint match I was looking for and out the door quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better interaction with the staff - they were very clear and polite.

This is the best Sherwin Williams I’ve ever been to. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They get paint ready for us faster than any other paint store I’ve been to. I recommend getting your paint and supplies here!

I called yesterday to see if you guys had a product i needed, and you did! I went to the address on google maps but it was incorrect it was your old address. I called back and found out i just had to drive across the street and told your staff i was heading over. I got there 2 minutes after speaking with your staff, i arrived at 5:54. The doors were locked early even though your staff knew i was coming. Your hours said open until 6pm, but they seemed to lock the door early after my phone call. I will be going to Lowes to get what i need.

I brought in an old can and a dilemma of a home purchase marred by sellers who marked up the home with the wrong sheen paint in hundreds of locations. Patient staff at Sherwin worked to color and help sheen - match a sample and worked until I was happy. Several painters in town told me the problem was because the home had been sprayed during construction, and the only hope was repainting! The work at the store was a HUGE SUCCESS!! The color match saved me thousands in repainting the whole home. Thank you, Sherwin Williams and your dedicated staff, and specifically Charles!
