While buying our first home, her and her team were quick to respond to questions, always on top of things and help guide us through the first time homebuyer process. Shelley and her team were exceptional to work with. Compared to previous experience, it was a stark difference. It was approximately 1 year from the time I initiated the process to closing on a home. From beginning to end she was very pleasant to work with, understanding, and extremely responsive with communication. During the closing process, she and her team were very on top of everything and worked to deliver an expedited closing during the holidays. I would recommend Shelley to anyone looking for an excellent service and a great experience!
