After talking to multiple shops, I settled on Set It Off. By far the most thorough, friendly, informative people I spoke to. The work they did was exactly what they said they would do. When I needed my vehicle prior to the projected completion date, they went out of their way to make sure I had it, so I didn't have to extend my rental car. My Rav came home looking better than it has in years. I didn't expect the quality of service and repair I received. Rosie and Christian were always available and friendly with all my questions and concerns. I made the right choice. Love them.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Horrible, unprofessional experience and subpar work. Dropped off my SUV here in April and didn't get it back until the end of August.All I wanted was for my vehicle to be worked on steadily until it was finished and for the shop to keep me informed. Instead they let the process stagnate multiple times (once for almost three weeks) and ordered the wrong parts at least three times that I’m aware of.It felt like they’d never worked with insurance or a mechanic shop before. They had direct contact info for my insurance reps but instead they’d call a generic 1-800 number and supposedly “leave a message” with a CSR, then consider that good enough and forget about it. I’d ask for an update later and since (surprise) no one had returned their call, they had done nothing in the meantime. This happened many times over many months. I heard a lot of excuses and even apologies, but all I wanted was for them to keep after it until it was actually done, without hand-holding from me. It became a part-time job following up with them, connecting them with the right people, and trying to get any forward movement.They began screening my calls (yeah, I didn’t like talking with them, either) and were always spotty with returning them or giving updates when they said they would. We caught them in lies several times—not good at keeping their stories straight or communicating with each other. Also didn’t like Amanda’s condescension on the phone—calling me “honey,” talking over me, and even hanging up on me twice while I was trying to ask a question.Worst, when we did finally receive our vehicle, there were major issues with the work they and their subcontractors did. They have a “lifetime warranty” on their work (though I noticed another reviewer said they dodged their calls about this), but I would never, ever take anything of mine back to them.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I honestly can't say enough good things about this shop. We own an automotive repair shop here in town, and from time to time, we need to utilize a body shop for miscellaneous services.Amanda & Christian are among some of the most professional, and easy to work with people I've encountered.Their turnaround time, and communication is impressive and they have always been available for updates and information every time I've called. The pricing seems fair and I have seen them turn out high quality work on all makes & models of vehicles; from Dodge to Mercedes-Benz.We plan to use this shop going forward, and you should also. Highly recommended. 5 stars for sure.

I got into an accident and needed to get my car in ASAP as I drive frequently and long distances for work. I live in the Superior/Broomfield area and called about 10 places that said they couldn’t get me in for an estimate for over a month with work not starting for two to three months. I was referred to Set It Off by a friend after hearing my struggle and I am so grateful! Not only did they make time for me to come by for an estimate the day I called, they also had me dropping off my car only a week later and the work was complete in another 2 weeks, having everything done before most places would have given initial estimates. My car looks GREAT and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They answered questions I had about my car insurance, called to update me on the status along the way, and even helped me return my rental car. Good customer service is few and far between these days, but I was truly impressed. God forbid I have any more car wrecks, I will be going back here if I do. Highly recommend!Services: Painting

My car got rear ended and Set it Off Paint and Body attempted to fix it but the insurance company decided my car need to be salvaged. In the process of my car being with Set it Off Paint and Body I spoke to both Amanda and Christian many times. They were sooooooo helpful and are just exceptional at what they do. Amanda especially went above and beyond and helped me with so many things like getting what I am due from the car insurance and so kindly answered my one thousand questions. I would gladly bring my car back here again because customer service just is not THIS GREAT anywhere. We are sending a second car to them soon. I am sure you will not be disappointed if you send your car to Set it Off Paint and Body as they are so so helpful. I cannot speak for the work on my car as nothing was done but I can say they definitely KNEW what they were doing and talking about and I think all the other great reviews on here speak for themselves about how great this body shop is! :)Service: Body & Trim

Josh (the owner) and his crew were incredible start to finish. When I was involved in an accident back in December of 22 I looked around and choose Set It Off based on their many great reviews. Every time I called and spoke with Amanda she was honest about where they were in the process, how long the repairs might take and very kind. Christian that I spoke with as well followed up on all the calls and questions I had. I would suggest Josh and his crew for any of your paint or body needs!

This shop is nothing short of amazing. Customer service is spectacular. Somebody hit my car and the insurance company wouldn’t return my calls. They went out of their way to help me at every step during this time. Amanda is a amazing and helped me. She even called the insurance company on my behalf multiple times. Even though I live in Arvada, I will be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!Service: Body & Trim

We took our truck in to Set If Off Paint and Body since someone in the neighborhood ran into the driver side door and front panel. Amanda was so pleasant to work with – she made this whole process so quick and easy and almost painless! We were very pleased at how quickly the work was completed and delighted with the quality of the repair. Since it was a door repair I was worried about wind noise and they made sure to make everything tight. I would not hesitate to recommend them!Services: Body & Trim

My vehicle desperately needed weatherstripping, because when it rained, water was leaking and pooling INSIDE the car! My long-time mechanic recommended Set It Off, and it proved to be an excellent referral. The good folks at Set It Off Paint and Body promptly ordered parts, got me right in, and fixed things up beautifully. Plus they were conscientious, professional, and friendly. Then my headlight covers developed terrible oxidation (that I tried to fix myself and it just made them much worse), and the day before my trip they squeezed me in and got me squared away. They are great, just great ... highly recommend.
