“So far I’ve had a wonderful experience at this self storage location!! Shane was incredibly helpful and patient when I could not figure out which unit to rent. I had reserved a unit and thought it could be too small but he went over all the different options and was so kind when I was being very indecisive! He said he was filling in while someone was out of town but he was such a great employee!! Cannot thank him enough for his help. Also this location is super clean and looks as if it’s brand new! It’s in a nice area too so probably less of a chance for theft. It’s seems pretty secure with the gate you use a code for. Have no complaints at all about Waterglen thus far!”

Didn't want to go with the Contactless option. I could see the location was a good fit, but felt it necessary for myself to visit the site first.
What I found when I arrived was great for a storage facility and meets those needs. The counter person was polite and very helpful. The security, (gate and entry codes) is a pretty standard.
If you are thinking about using the Contactless rent option I say go for it.”
“We used a 10×10 for a couple months and had a great experience. The fella who runs the office, Will, was very kind. He went above and beyond to help us secure a great storage unit on very short notice. He even let us take a look at a couple units before deciding, which was super helpful. The container stayed nice and dry, I will say there is dust/pollen so I recommend packing your stuff up airtight or in totes and getting a mattress cover.”

They take maintenance of the grounds seriously, with expedited snow removal through the winter months, and keep the lot free of leaves during the fall. “Affordable and easy to rent. Great way to save money while coming up in life. Buy you a long lock combination because the bars need to be lengthy that way the interlocking doors close heavy and tight.”

“So far it's very early in my relationship with this location. But I'd like to say the selecting of a unit and moving in was super convenient. I literally rented a unit this morning and I'm already moving in. The facility is very clean. Renters should know if they are renting an indoor unit he will have to utilize stairs in an elevator, but so far these inconveniences are not that inconvenient.
Anything changes I'll update my review. But definite five star interaction at first impression.”
