It you want to be able to talk to a human who can help with issues, find another storage lot. This place's office is a ghost town. Nobody is ever there. I actually got stuck inside, and had to wait for another customer to come by and rescue me.

My partner and I rented two storage units here in 2022 and 2023.
My unit was infested with rats and mice (big and small poops). The pictures are from just our couch - which apparently had mice living in it. When we took off the moving blanket, poop scattered along the floor.
Many of our other blankets had been chewed up (presumably for warmth) and had poop on them.
Her unit was covered in dust, dirt, and grime. Everything we had in there now leaves a residue on your hands when you touch it, as if it had sat outside that whole time. I suspect the units were not sealed appropriately.
For the majority of our lease, the gate was broken and entirely open. This doesn't really bother me, but when you sell 'secure' in your name having a security gate that works is probably important.
What was frustrating and painful about this, to the point it held us up on multiple occasions (twice while being billed by our movers), was that the gate system was constantly broken when the gate was actually closed. We've had to call multiple times to get a temporary code because their systems were not able to make the codes we were given work.
In fact their system doesn't even show me as having leased the unit I had leased, 511.
All in all, this was a shitshow, and our property has been damaged as a result.
Making matters worse, when I called the manager blamed us, at first saying that because my unit was leased a year ago, they couldn't do anything; if we had called within the year, they could do something.
I asked what that something is and she repeatedly dodged the question. When I pointed out that our other unit, 532, was within the last year, she demanded an explanation for why we didn't contact them before we moved things out.
I pointed out that it had been four days since we had moved, and that we were, in fact, moving; complaining to the office of the decrepit storage facility was low on our priorities.
She repeatedly asked why we didn't notify them immediately and, when I said I'd be happy to share my experience in a review and then update it with their resolution, she hung up on me.
Rent at your own risk. At least they finally filled up all the huge potholes.

We used a 10×10 for a couple months and had a great experience. The fella who runs the office, Will, was very kind. He went above and beyond to help us secure a great storage unit on very short notice. He even let us take a look at a couple units before deciding, which was super helpful. The container stayed nice and dry, I will say there is dust/pollen so I recommend packing your stuff up airtight or in totes and getting a mattress cover.

Site manager and other staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. I've had units with them for 26+ years and highly recommend this facility.

I have had a rental unit for years at this location. With few exceptions of excessive snow I have been able to access my unit at my convenience. The current manager does a great job.

We had a confirmed reservation at East End storage, showed up with a loaded truck and they said they had noone to check us in. Stuck between and empty apartment and leaving town, we had no place to go.SecurCare had the right size unit, we were able to complete all of the paperwork and pay online. My son and husband were moving into the unit within 30 minutes. It was such relief, and an easy transaction. We also saved money. I highly recommend this storage facility.
