My family and I started taking our vehicles into Scott’s Auto for some work and will continue returning here for any vehicle services. The staff is so kind and always trying to help the best that they can. They provided a rental vehicle for us to drive while they were working on ours. Great customer service and great work done! Thank you everyone at Scott’s, you’re all great!

There are some wonderful things about Scott’s. I appreciate how I get photos of my car parts as the standard. The employees are friendly, the shop attitude professional and the facilities are always clean.
That being said, my experiences here over time have gotten worse, more expensive, unhelpful and wasted my time. I promised myself to never go back, but I had a free oil change on my account due to an earlier issue they were trying to compensate for. Even that ended up costing me MY time and money. There is a big push for five-star reviews. I assume that pressure has something to do with the ratings I see on Google. Save yourself the frustration and go someplace else!

Marty was doing a great job in the office taking care of my questions and concerns. Derrick did an excellent job in the shop getting my 2011 Lincoln MKS with 175,000 miles driving smoothly again. I appreciate these guys, quality work ?

Scott’s did great work on our car at very reasonable prices. They are very friendly and made really good suggestions to fix some issues with our Honda Civic related to the air conditioner and our battery. They got the work done quickly and are very friendly.

Update July 2024:
I continue to use Scott’s for all service on our 3 vehicles. The positive company culture and customer first attitude infused in this organization is obvious the minute you walk in. Always a warm friendly greeting when you enter. Everyone from shuttle drivers to service advisors is always hustling, engaging and taking extra steps to provide exceptional service. Most recently I had 4 new tires put on a vehicle. I showed up a little after closing to drop off my vehicle and had a ride organized to get me home. I started filling in the form for the night key drop, and the gentleman closing up inside came out and checked me in and took my keys. Not the normal experience at closing time at a lot of other places of business. I’m more used to an employee averting their eyes and doing everything in their power to avoid interaction. The art of customer service is dying, but it’s alive and thriving at Scott’s. This group is stellar, from the advisors up front to the techs to the back office folks. Everyone has very high focus on customer satisfaction. They picked up our vehicle last Friday, made the repairs and delivered it back to our house Monday evening. They knew we had to have the vehicle back Monday, and they got it to us after hours. The gentleman that dropped the car off was extremely polite, and took an Uber home from our house. Talk about going above and beyond.

Good bunch of people, technicians Dave was awesome with me in my case something was not quite right and the integrity of this poticular Automotive repair company just speeks volumes in this day and age.
Since then my experience was so special I am now a life long customer I will never take my car to anyone else customer ? satisfaction is at an all time high.

Great ? professional and friendly service! These guys are knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. Not to mention reasonable prices,they truly care about the well being of their customers and strive for excellence to meet their customers needs. I recently had some maintenance work done on my Subaru Forester and Scott's. I was not disappointed. They were fair priced and did a complete review of my car. The work was done quickly. I will definitely be back.....

Took my scion In for some maintenance and repairs. Logan upfront is awesome to work with and my favorite mechanic is Nikki. I highly recommend this shop!
