It has been a pleasure working with Schrader Propane in Fort Collins. They delivered and set up a new 500 gallon tank on the day they said they would be there. I've since had it refilled and they did it within 4 days of calling them. I would highly recommend them.

Two times they would not service me because they were understaffed, after I drove halfway across town to fill tanks for my grill. Not risking it again.

$110 dollar leak down test even though my tank has been at 51% all summer. It's a little ridiculous to become a new loyal customer. You should want my business not try to rip off new customers with fees.

I am very disappointed in this company with their service. When ordering propane I was told it would be delivered with in a few days, we were at 4% I ordered on Friday, waited until Tuesday. No propane, called and then was told would not be until sometime at the end of the week. On Thursday called, I was told I would not get it until Monday. They charged my card and had my money I had not product.I called on Monday to find out where I was on the list to be told they delivered it on Friday, driver left no receipt. So we kept living in the manner of very short amount of propane.

Schrader INCREASED PRICES without contacting their clients. I contacted other propane companies in the area and Schrader was at least $0.45 more a gallon!!!! I contacted Schrader about price increase and was told that they are comparable with other local propane companies. This is a lie!!

I am thoroughly unimpressed with the customer service here. I called interested in setting a tank and switching over to them for propane. Scott called back with information on doing that while i was at work. I asked for the quote i was given to be emailed, and was told he would rather not do so. When i told him I was at work and could not right it down. After that Scott very condescendingly told me "its pretty simple" then begrudgingly took my email address. I will not be using Schraeder if being condescending and rude like this is the norm for them. (Edited to correct name)

well I'll be double dog damned! these folks are some fantastic propane suppliers. I switched over not too long ago because I was tired of getting bent over and raped by that evil deceitful piece of s*** company known as amerigas, please do not EVER do business with them, especially the fort collins branch because the evil woman that is the manager there is an AWFUL DESPICABLE. But I'm here to review Schrader propane, its great service and the old fella who showed up in a bobtail to service my tank was the most knowledgable propane professional I ever did meet, his name was John and he was a helluva dude and a great bobtail driver, he answered every single one of my questions in depth and even dropped a ton of knowledge on me about propane that I had no idea about. I cant wait till John brings me my next load of propane I will go out of my way to make sure I am there just to shoot the breeze with him, what a guy and what a company. HOORAY FOR SCHRADERS!
