Allison at the optical department was very professional and helpful. She is a valued employee. She cared to make sure my glasses were adjusted correctly. I so appreciate her thoroghness. She suggested a glasses product that I was not aware of and I purchased it. I'm so thrilled with my purchase.

I have been a member of this store for 5 years. It's always been my go to in various stages of life. Toilet paper and paper towels all the basics. Store is always clean bathrooms always look good. The feeder people are friendly. This is my home store.

I prefer Costco but I come here because of the ladies who work the food court ... not sure what their names are but I was there on Wednesday Feb 21 at noon. They are friendly and nice and always busy and fast ... they are a pleasure.

Once again I have to give a two star. Not because of the quantity or quality of products that they carry which I love. But because of the customer service! We purchased a big item that had to be put on a flat cart . We asked for customer service if they could have somebody help us load it into the car . She got on her walkie-talkie and asked for customer service to help load something into the car, and for us to wait at the entrance which we did (for 10 minutes) during our waiting time , two employees come walking up towards us. talking to each other , older employee listen to his walkie-talkie and looked at us and shook his head and walked inside texting making sure he turned his back so not to see us looking at him well he socialized and visited with the other employees.. We waited longer, still nobody helped us. We pushed it out to the car ourselves and waited again another 10 minutes. Finally went back in and asked for them to please send out a customer service employee to help us. The younger man came out , (he was with the older gentleman who had shook his head and said I'm not doing it walking away like he didn't see us.).After the younger employee , with the help of the cart collecting employee, loaded it into our car . I told him thank you for helping us and to go back in and tell the older gentleman , you ended up having to do it because he walked off. So moral of the story is if you need some help at Sam's Club !! You can't judge an employee by their age or their outer exterior. A smile goes a long way.
